Cat R. Waul

Cat R. Waul is shown to be a Tall cat with slender brown fur. His eyes are described as icy green, he has a pink nose. His attire mainly consist of a red top hat with a block band around the brim on top of his head he wears a monocle over his left eye. Waul also wears a red cape which has a black satin lining around it as well as a pink long-sleeved waist coat which has gold buttons and underneath it is his white shirt with a black string tie he also wears white cuffs on his feet.

Cat R. Waul is shown to be selfish businesses man who's abuse such primitive and gruesome methods when collecting his food such as when he dismisses chasing mice down to eat them. He has shown to hate humans mainly because of his owner who smothers him a lot and calls him "Pussy Poos" a name he really hates and dislikes even being referred to.

Cat R. Waul shown himself to be Evil and Cruel when he tortured Fievel when they first met each other by buttering him all over before he would try to eat him which of course he decided against it because he didn't need Fievel's family to be searching around for him. He's also shown to be quiet manipulative and cunning and dishonest which was shown when he tricked the impovish mice to move to Green River under the pretence that cats and mice lived together in Harmony while he was wanting them to move there so he could use his mouse trap on them to turn them into mouse burgers and eat them showing his sinister and devious nature as well. He seems to really enjoy torturing mice being as cruel as he can. While the mice first arrived in Green River he put on a fake friendly appearance making sure he was suave, polite, sophisticated, gentlemanly cat while all the while showing himself as being posh and classy while his true hateful, arrogant and greedy side was hidden away underneath the facade. And he is shown to also be lazy as shown when he didn't want to chase after the mice to eat them saying it was an unnecessary use of calories which he was above and rather have better more imaginative ways of catching them while also seeing them as below him as he is oppressive and snide as well.

Cat R. Waul is a cat of wealth and class, who loves to eat mice, and dislikes humans.
