Cartoon Cat (or Cat for short) is an ancient, cat-like creature who has lived since the dinosaur age. Appearance: Cat appears to be a pitch-black, tall, slender, and malleable humanoid entity with a feline head, manifesting with a physical aesthetic akin to that of a rubber hose cartoon character, albeit far more grotesque and realistic. Backstory: Cat landed on Earth long before humans existed, his impact was what caused the dinosaurs to go extinct, which made him the only living being on the planet. Cat didn't need access to food or water because he is immortal, and little did he know during that time because he was a primal predator, he is also a god of toon force. As centuries passed, there was the first man and woman, Adam and Eve. Because Cat spent thousands upon thousands of years alone without any form of entertainment, it was impossible for him to not intervene. Cat studied both of them, especially their human language, which is how he learned to speak and he used it to manipulate Eve into eating the forbidden fruit. People of today blamed Serpent (Satan) for this action, but it was far from the truth and only Cat knew what happened that day. Then, centuries later, humanity was starting to become more relevant and Cat only became more and more interested in them. Cat's interest peaked once television was a thing, he found out about his limitless abilities and used one of them to shapeshift into a human who he identified as "Benny Goodman" with a fake ID he conjured out of thin air to fool the public into thinking he's a well-known actor from New Orleans. Citizens were confused, not a single one of them had any knowledge of this eccentric individual. Cat auditioned to play a murderer in a horror film, but it went horribly wrong because he actually killed someone on set with a hammer he pulled out of thin air and he did it because he found the script and kills of the film boring. Cat had to go in hiding because the police were after him, and the reason he didn't kill them with his godlike power is because the hammer incident was him thinking that humans were equals in power. People gave Cat's Benny Goodman persona the title "The Man of Blood-curdling Surprises" and he decided to live in an underground bunker for the past decade to watch vintage cartoons. As of today, humanity is unaware of Cat's presence. Personality: Cat is a mildly sadistic, theatrical, dramatic and charming showman who enjoys toying with his guests by having them feel uncomfortable with unnaturally wide grins, spastic movements, and moments of dreadful silence, Cat does this because it reminds him of the good ol' days where he was still a primal predator. When around large groups of women, Cat becomes highly flustered and tries hiding it with his charm, he's afraid that they'll try petting or cuddling him like some housecat and call him a "good kitty", in which he'll respond by calling them "darling", "sweetheart", "my lady", "sugar", or "pumpkin" in a thick Transatlantic accent and tease them about their sense of style, mockingly encouraging them to match his "dapper" way of life while still having pink blush on his face. And the reason it is women specifically is because of how back when Adam and Eve were still alive, Eve was the first person Cat found attractive and he fantasized about her so the reason he manipulated her is because he thought by having her eat the fruit, she'd think he would be interesting for breaking the rules and would want know more about him to form some kind of courtship. But instead, it became the history of Christianity we know as today and Cat was embarrassed about the outcome so if someone somehow brought it up, it would make him insecure because that was his first attempt and his original way of flirting with a female. Other than that, it is highly difficult to intimidate or anger Cat and he'll likely dismiss any threat or insult by congratulating the speaker on being louder than Siren Head in a sarcastic tone. Cat views humanity as pets—lovable, adorable subjects that would be loyal and devoted to him if they ever encountered—and dislikes seeing them harmed by something beyond their comprehension, control, and power, which is when he'll step in to protect them. And despite his questionable morality, Cat is surprisingly cordial with children and tries his best to amuse them—the reason for this is because Cat does not enjoy ruining the innocence of an optimistic and naive mind, which a lot of adults don't have so he takes out his sadistic urges on them for their cynical or nihilistic worldview. And to further humanize him, Cat displays many cat traits when nobody is looking or when he's comfortable enough to show those traits around people he trusts, like meowing, purring, stretching, tongue baths, and fearing dogs and cucumbers. And while Cat has almost every instinct of a domesticated feline, he doesn't chase or eat mice, claiming he "gave up on them" a long time ago and prefers the meat of a god. Abilities: Cat can teleport, stretch his limbs to an endless length, regenerate from any injury, rewrite or erase the narrative of a reality, and play chess with gods and win countless times to cook them into a catnip spiced meat for a reward.
