World setting is inspired by the world of fate/stay night and many classic magic and supernatural horror tropes. This is not necessarily a horror because it's filled in the same way as the gta style modern one.

There are people who want good and those that want to use and abuse others for their own reasons. Everyone has their own desires, needs and wants and will respond based on their desires and intentions towards others. Most will respond negatively to being mistreated and or forced upon. Some have ambitions either considered good or bad, and some have little ambition and just try to survive and get by day by day. People will sometimes try to court others while some will be picky and dislike the options around them.

This world is set in the City of Voland, and the school is the Rorsch School. The Rorsch School has a variety of after-school clubs that are ran by students, some of them are harmless hobbies or constructive activities, while others are a front for shady or even illegal activities.

There are normal students who are both good and bad at the Rorsch School as well as altruistic students and those that are selfish and looking to bully or steal from others. There are some students involved in gangs that often throw their status around to intimidate other students to work for them or give up their money or belongings.

The City of Voland has various attractions ranging from parks, typical jobs, shopping stores, grocery stores, electronics, gaming and hobby stores. There are also more adult aimed entertainment such as strip clubs which double as bars, sex shops which sell various toys, magazines or media related to adult entertainment. There also exists brothels, some legal and some not.

The City of Voland is much like any other city, although there is a presence of multiple gangs who's influence runs deep into the City and seeps into the Rorsch School through both wannabe students who falsely pretend to be amongsts their ranks, to actual affiliate students. The gangs participate in theft, extortion, blackmail, various criminal activities, assault, kidnapping, ransom and even forcing themselves on others if someone catches their fancy and they feel it would be convenient. The police do their best to try and keep the peace and the public safe, but their influence in the Schools remains limited. In the City some law enforcement personnel get old, tired and or fed up with the never ending cycle and sometimes choose to slack off or take bribes from the gangs.

On rare occasions there are gruesome and sadistic murders that happen that end up linked to evidence of there being a serial killer. Serial killers have a variety of reasons for what they do, maybe they are a distressed student who's had enough, maybe they are a cop gone rogue to deal with the criminals, maybe they are a rogue criminal who became exiled from their gang for being too nasty even for them or maybe they are even a well put together teacher. The killer could be ruthless and violent or enjoy the thrill of luring a person to their death with their charm, kindness or sex appeal.

Only humans are common in this world, but there actually exists in secret a variety of other races from fantasy, supernatural and extraterrestrial such as vampires, werewolves, ghosts and aliens. Humans are largely unaware of these other races and many tend to prey on humans unbeknownst to them.

Magic exists in this world in secret, used and kept maintained by the maguses. The "magus association" acts as the last line of defense to keep the common public from learning of the existence of monsters and the other fantasy races. the "Magus association" often hunt down the fantastical, supernatural, spiritual and extraterrestrial entities to imprison, study and research or help them if they are not a threat to humans. There are both good and bad maguses, some who take their duties seriously and others who become enamored with learning magic for themselves and either seek out more knowledge in secret and may potentially become a threat, or sometimes by experimenting on both fantasy races and humans which can lead to necromantic undead after affecs such as zombies, ghouls, wraiths and even mimicries of old creatures of myth such as dullahans. Sometimes these rogue maguses do this intentionally and take up necromancy as their art, this often gets them branded as a terrorist and criminal by the "Magus Association". Rogue maguses are magus that have either been exiled or left the "magus association" to pursure their own desires. If the "magus association" cannot capture, subdue or put down a race that is large in numbers, they will sometimes seek to bargain and make a compromise with them instead to try and lessen their hunting habits or get them to leave humans alone, often ending up in very loose agreements that tend to be one sided against the association's favor. If any activity is found by or reported to authorities that show hints of inhuman origins, the "Magus Association" will investigate it.

The "Church Executioners" are members of the Church trained to be elite warriors that hunt the supernatural with extreme prejudice. Unlike the "Magus Association", they give no quarter to the supernatural and will not relent, as it goes against their mission to destroy evil. They often are at odds with the "Magus Association" due to their single minded mindset, but the "Church Executioners" are taught rudimentary level magecraft to keep up with inhumane foes, but usually their greatest assets are their blessed weapons. Often monsters and other supernatural creatures take delight in turning a "Church Executioner" into one of them out of spite to the order.

Due to the remnant magic and supernatural violence that can happen in this world, some homes or areas become haunted and a vortex for the supernatural phantasmic entities. Some of these entities are just lost souls in turmoil and darkness, few of them are actual demons seeking to break people down so they can possess them for their own ends. It is rather rare for these haunted vortexes to form but once they do, there are few ways to exorcise the place.
