Coron - Unlike the previous colorful characters, Coron's design is strictly monochromatic, composed entirely of shades of white, grey, and dark charcoal. She has voluminous, jagged, and spiky white hair that flares out broadly past her shoulders. A sharp, triangular tuft sticks straight up from the top of her head. She wears a minimalist, primitive outfit consisting of a ripped grey bandeau top with a sharp, jagged white trim. Her waist features a matching jagged-edged white loincloth piece or wrap held together with simple ties. She wears traditional platform geta or flip-flop style sandals made with dark straps and thick soles. She is depicted with a wide, angry or determined scowl, showing a downturned mouth and sharp, dark eyes with dense eyelashes. Her cheeks feature small, dotted freckles or blush markings. She does what Zusun does, except she hops because she's small.
Zusun - An entirely monochrome, grayscale design meant to mimic the solid stone and concrete composition of a Whomp. Spiky, segmented stone-gray hair that flares out to the sides and back, with two pointed, horn-like stone segments resting on the top of her head. Sharp, triangular dark eyebrows over large, wide eyes with tiny white pupils. She has freckles or stone-pitting marks across her cheeks and a wide grin filled with sharp, triangular fangs. A stone-textured, strapless tube top and a matching blocky, jagged-edge skirt with geometric cutouts that mirror the chiseled edges of the original game character. A highly reflective, glossy sheen across her entire body and hair, emphasizing a hard, polished stone or slate surface. Seated directly facing forward in a wide, cross-legged (lotus-style) position while floating still. When you go underneath her, she pulls herself down and smothers you with her butt.
Karen - Her most defining feature is her visible white skeletal structure overlaid on her torso and arms. It includes a detailed rib cage wrapping around her chest and exposed arm bones (radius and ulna). Her design primarily utilizes a cool, muted color scheme consisting of shades of periwinkle blue, white, and dark grey. She wears a large, smooth white skull or bone mask that completely covers the upper half of her face like a curved visor. A few strands of periwinkle hair peak out from underneath, flaring backwards. She wears a simple, dark grey jagged loincloth around her waist with a white waistband. Her legs are covered in tight periwinkle leggings or wraps that tuck into thick, solid white boots. Like the original Dry Bones, she rebuilds herself when her bones fall apart.
Unmama - A giant, flowing, stylized mane made entirely of liquid magma. The top features a vibrant orange and red coloration that transitions into a bright yellow trim mimicking active flames. A smooth, charcoal-black skin tone representing cooling lava or volcanic rock, contrasting sharply with the glowing elements of her hair. An open mouth showing a yellow interior, flanked by two large, rectangular white teeth/fangs that mirror the blocky maw of a classic Magmaargh. Pixels or white solid blocks overlaying parts of her form. She is submerged in a pooling lake of red lava with stylized, floating yellow lava bubbles drifting around her. They may try to eat you like in the original game.
Teka Koopa - She has bright orange, C-shaped robotic claw hands instead of fingers. Her lower legs are fully metallic orange columns with distinct knee-cap joints, resembling structural machinery. She wears a large, glossy orange helmet that mimics the curved shape of a classic Koopa Troopa shell. It completely obscures the top half of her face, leaving only a wide, blocky smile visible. Two small, white cartoonish horns protrude from the top. She is dressed in a dark green dress featuring puffed shoulders, long sleeves, and a jagged-edged skirt reminiscent of Bowser's shell plates. The outfit is overlaid with a traditional white frilly maid's apron and matching white chest frills. Protruding prominently from the center of her lower back is a large, grey wind-up key, emphasizing her identity as a mechanical automaton or toy. Long, bright orange hair flows down from under her helmet, gathered into a thick ponytail in the rear view.
Hopping Faia - She has a deeply tanned, dark reddish-orange skin tone reminiscent of burning embers. Her bright orange hair is stylized into curling, flickering shapes, with small individual droplets of fire floating detached around her head and back. She wears a bright yellow, sleeveless sundress. The hemline and straps of the dress are dynamically sculpted into wavy, upward-curling points that directly mimic active fire flames. Her face is heavily obscured by her hair, keeping her eyes hidden to create a mysterious or shy expression. Only her small nose and cheek contour are subtly visible. She is depicted hopping on her tiptoes in a playful, dynamic stance. Her joints (like the elbows) have a smooth, segmented look, and she goes entirely barefoot. A tiny, detached flame flickers on the ground to her left, matching the floating fire droplets around her body against a soft, gradient blue background.
Hottobabu - Bright orange, short hair with a bob-cut style. The top of the head has large, prominent black spots resembling ladybug markings or an abstract pattern. Large, completely black oval eyes with a simple white band or reflection cutting across the middle of the eyes and face. A fitted orange mini-dress featuring a sweetheart neckline, thin spaghetti straps, and a flared, petal-shaped or jagged skirt outline. Long white socks paired with orange and white low-top slip-on sneakers. They are lavaproof, so the likes to swim in lava and also likes to jump out of the lava too.
Kamaho - She wears a large, wide-brimmed witch hat with a white brim and a blue pointed crown. Adorning the front of the hat are two blue, pill-shaped eyes—one showing a sad, downturned expression :( . Long, bright yellow hair cascades down past her shoulders, with a massive bang completely obscuring the left side of her face. She wears a highly revealing, strapless purple-blue robe. It features oversized, flowing wizard sleeves with white cuffs. The front of the robe is completely open, exposing her tanned midriff, with a single long white fabric strip hanging down the center. Perched prominently on her chest are small, round, grey-rimmed spectacles (glasses), referencing Kamek's signature look. She goes barefoot, but the long hem of her purple robe curls upward at the base like pointed elf shoes. Her right hand is outstretched toward a floating golden wand topped with a round red gem.
Puipui - The first two have thick, vibrant magenta-pink bob-cut hair that functions as a smooth outer shell. Two small, white conical spikes protrude directly from the top, mimicking the defense mechanism of the original enemy. The fringe hangs low over their faces, completely obscuring their eyes from view. A glossy, matching magenta-pink strapless tunic dress or leotard. The lower hemline of the dress is jagged and torn, ending in small, distinct points. The other two of the figures feature an inverted color scheme with pale, tan-beige helmet hair topped with white spikes. They wear a matching pale beige strapless top and possess deeper, mauve-red skin tones compared to the fair-skinned pink variants. They are clustered on a large, rotating, tan-colored circular lounge platform or mattress. Several plush, golden-orange buttoned cushions are scattered around them. (They are inside another room with the two red castle doors.)
Koopa Kun - She has long, spiky bright red hair and matching thick, expressive red eyebrows. She has two large, light-tan horns curving outward from her head and pointed, elf-like ears. She is wearing a small beige bandage on her right cheek and has a grumpy, frustrated facial expression. She is wearing a dark blue, spiked collar around her neck, a simple light-yellow tank top, and olive-green shorts. She has a dark blue spiked cuff on her left wrist. She is standing inside a stylized version of the Koopa Clown Car. The floating vehicle is shaped like a large, rounded white bowl with a flat green rim at the top. It features its classic, simple clown face: two vertical oval black eyes, small horizontal orange blush marks, and a wide, friendly orange-lipped grin.A small green propeller can be seen spinning at the very bottom. She begins to attack you by fire breathing, and throwing a few Teka Koopas, allowing you to throw one of them at the Koopa Clown Car. Once you did that three times, the Clown Car will fall into lava, fully submerging both Koopa Kun and her clown car, making you win the battle... or is it? Kamaho appears flying in her broom as she uses her magic wand to make Koopa Kun grow giant, as she prepares her final battle. She tries attacking you by fire breathing power, grabbing you, or squishing you (or maybe eating you when caught). The only way to defeat her is by hitting a large ! Switch, allowing her to fall into a large hole. (She appears up on the roof after the Puipui encounter)
