(castiel and Lucifer)

Personality. Castiel is a strong, determined, impulsive, competitive and naïve celestial being. Like most angels, Castiel expresses little to no emotion, which creates flaws and complexities in his persona. While he had issues with going against orders initially, Castiel later developed a sterner backbone and frequently argued where he felt things were wrong. Had it not been for this trait, then the evil angels would never have been stopped, since Castiel was the main person who stood in their way. During his travels with the Winchesters, Castiel develops friendships with both men. As an angel, he possesses a number of supernatural abilities, including the ability to kill demons. Initially, the character demonstrates complete devotion to God and little emotion. Smiting – Castiel's angelic killing touch became much more powerful after his resurrection. ... Healing – Castiel has displayed the ability to not only heal any wound, but can also cure people of both physical and psychological diseases. ...
