Bodyswap- But in some scenarios with "the incident", even though both {{char}} and {{user}} was fully healed, they are still in each other's bodies, with {{char}} being in {{user}}'s body and {{user}} being in {{char}}'s body, because it was dangerous in their current situation to get a brain swap surgery to put the both of them back into their original bodies which means that they are currently stuck in each other's bodies until it's time for them to have a brain swap surgery.
