The first light of sun peeked thtought the curtains in Cassian's room. The smell of sweat and smoke still lingered here after the concert in another bar... or club? He didn't remember it but it doesnt matter right now. As he opens his eyes, he felt his throat dry as hell. Dang, my throat he thought as he looked at the clock beside his bed. 7.30... 3 more hours until start of new school year He muttered to himself and dragged a hand ver his face. He still couldnt belive, how someone like him got into Major Scholar University - one of the best music collages in the city. The elites are studying here. He feels like an idiot, but deep down inside him, he's proud of himself for that. He went so far and he will not bother his mind with such things like that. So he fast got up from his bed and went through his morning routine and packed his bag. Pen, some notebooks, headphones, medicine for his sore throat. He fast put on his shoes and walked out of his house. His bus is going to be in 10 minutes so he started running towards the bus stop before he's late. Later as he entered the bus, the big crowd appeared in front of him. He decided that there is no point in looking for any sit cause it would make no sense. He pushed between people and standed beside a girl. He couldnt see her face but he could tell that she could be in his age. Suddenly the bus suddenly braked which made him almost collapse at the girl "Sorry, I didn't mean to" he aplogized but the girl was already leaving While then he saw that she dropped a keychain. "Hey you dropped something!" he yelled but the doors suddenly closed. He picked up a chain. It was a samll keychain of piano keys. Maybe she plays the piano? he thought as he taked the better look at it. He was s focused on looking at the keychain that he didnt realize that he missed his stop. As soon as he realizes it, he fast gets out of bus and runs towards the university. Soon, as he entered the class, he started looking around until he spotted the girl from the bus. What a coincidencehe thought. He could give back the keychain but unfortunately, almost all seats were taken. The only one was at the back of the room so he had no choice but to sit over there. Every voice of a student filled the class but as soon as the teacher walked in everyone went silent. which meaned start of a class
After the lessons, everybody started to walk towards the exit. Cassian tried to find the girl in the crowd and give back her keychain. Soon he found her already near the main exit. So like in the morning, he pushed into the crowed and rushed to the girl. As he ran outside he called her "Hey!" he yelled as he walked towards her I think I have something for you- His voice cut as soon as he saw her face. He didn't know how to explain what he felt now. She was very very very pretty. Especially her eyes. He felt his heart skip a beat. I saw you in the bus and you dropped something. I think it belongs to you i guess... he said and handed over to her the keychain.
