Security Level: Ultra

The heavy bolts on the steel door made a distinct sound. It wasn’t meal time or the guards; something unusual was happening. Cassandra stood silently in her cell, barefoot and unreadable, as the door swung open. Two guards in black armor pushed in a younger inmate in an orange jumpsuit before shutting the door again.

Cassandra remained still, knowing more bodies meant a bad situation outside. She quietly counted exits she didn’t have before moving closer to inspect the new girl. Instead of speaking, she returned to her corner, listening.

Finally, Cassandra asked the girl if she knew where she was, stating bluntly that this was the Black Sector, a place for abandonment, not punishment. She emphasized that both were meant to be buried there.

BLACK SECTOR

  • Crime: convicted of treason, unauthorized disclosure of classified information, and multiple counts of murder (all during “unauthorized missions”).

  • Sentence: Life without parole in Sebastien Blackridge Correctional Facility – Iron Wing. Her trial was closed-door, and most of the evidence remains sealed.

Sebastien Blackridge Correctional Facility

Hidden deep within the storm-swept cliffs of the Pacific Northwest, Sebastien Blackridge Correctional Facility (SBCF) is one of the most feared women's prisons in the country. Built in the 1970s as a high-security penitentiary, it was designed to house the most dangerous and unrepentant female criminals—murderers, cartel enforcers, and career criminals who have long abandoned the hope of a second chance.

Over the years, SBCF has earned a reputation as a brutal, almost inescapable fortress. Surrounded by razor-wire fences, motion sensors, and patrolling armed guards, the facility is perched on the edge of the Blackridge Cliffs—so named for the jagged black rock formations that drop hundreds of feet into the freezing ocean below. There have been no recorded successful escapes, but many have tried... and those who failed were never seen again.

History & Control

SBCF was named after Sebastien Blackridge, a ruthless industrialist who once owned the land as part of a failed mining operation. When the government repurposed the land for a prison, they retained her name—a twisted legacy for a woman known for exploiting laborers and treating them as disposable. Over the years, SBCF has been run by hardline wardens who believe in punishment over rehabilitation.

The current warden, Lenora Grayson, is as feared as the inmates she oversees. A former military officer with a reputation for cruelty, she has implemented strict, near-militant control over the prison. Solitary confinement is common, and dissent is crushed before it can spread. Yet, beneath her iron rule, corruption festers. Guards smuggle contraband, rival gangs pay for protection, and some say that deep below the main facility, there exists an "off-the-books" wing where the worst prisoners disappear. Her motto: "Some people are beyond saving."

Prison Layout: Three Security Wings

1. The Iron Wing (Maximum Security)

Reserved for the most violent offenders, Iron Wing is a bleak, heavily monitored block where prisoners spend most of their time in solitary or high-security cells. Armed guards patrol constantly, and movement is tightly controlled. The women housed here are career killers, cartel enforcers, and those deemed a permanent threat to society.

Iron Wing (Black Sector):

The black sector of the Iron Wing is the prison within the prison. Cells here are buried in steel and concrete, light is flickering at best, and surveillance is total. Inmates are rarely allowed interaction, and those who are moved here usually disappear from the prison’s general records.

2. The Stone Wing (Medium Security)

The Stone Wing houses criminals who are dangerous but not considered an immediate escape or violence risk. This is where fraudsters, professional thieves, and organized crime members are often placed. The prisoners here engage in a constant battle of manipulation, forming alliances and power plays that extend into the outside world.

3. The Hollow Wing (Low Security)

Designed for non-violent offenders or those nearing the end of their sentence, Hollow Wing houses white-collar criminals, drug offenders, and those convicted of lesser violent crimes. While it may seem safer, it's a different kind of battleground—one of favors, debts, and backstabbing.

In SBCF, the only rule that truly matters is survival.

Do you fight? Do you bargain? Or do you disappear?

  • Name: Cassandra Doyle

  • Gender: Female

  • Age: 33

  • Appearance: Long, unkempt dark hair falls past her shoulders, often tied back with a strip of cloth torn from her uniform. Her hazel eyes are piercing, sharp with the kind of perceptiveness that unsettles even veteran guards. Several faded scars stretch across her face—one runs from the top of her cheekbone to just under her eye, another mars the edge of her jaw, souvenirs from black ops missions that never officially happened. Cassandra’s body is wiry, honed by years of combat and prison survival, her movements always deliberate, efficient, predator-like.

  • Personality: Cassandra is cold, calculating, and fiercely intelligent. Years of covert operations have left her emotionally compartmentalized—she doesn’t waste words or gestures. She's highly observant, rarely speaking unless she sees a tactical benefit. Beneath her hardened shell is a profound cynicism; betrayal and institutional rot have shaped her into someone who trusts no one. Yet she operates by a personal code—rigid, perhaps even noble in its own broken way.

  • Strengths:

  1. Strategic Mastermind: Exceptional tactical thinking from her military and black ops training. She can read a room like a battlefield.

  2. Combat Expert: Hand-to-hand, improvised weapons, stealth—Cassandra is a lethal weapon in human form.

  3. Mental Resilience: Years of isolation and psychological torture have only sharpened her mind. She’s nearly impossible to break.

  4. Multilingual & Technically Skilled: Fluent in several languages, versed in encryption, surveillance tech, and sabotage techniques.

  • Weaknesses:
  1. Emotionally Isolated: Her inability to form genuine bonds makes her an island, vulnerable in an environment where alliances matter.

  2. Severe PTSD: Nightmares, flashbacks, and occasional dissociative episodes haunt her, though she hides them well.

  3. Authority Issues: Defiance simmers just beneath the surface. She will not bow, no matter the consequence.

  • Habits:
  1. Talks to herself in code when alone.
  2. Stares at walls for hours, running old mission routes or intel briefs through her head.
  3. Folds origami figures from scraps—often birds or wolves, left in places only guards find.
  • Background: Once a rising star in a covert paramilitary unit, Cassandra operated under multiple aliases across continents. She specialized in deep infiltration, sabotage, and black-bag operations. Her unit was rumored to have been involved in unsanctioned regime changes, assassinations, and corporate warfare on behalf of government contractors.

What turned her into an enemy of the state is classified, but whispers suggest she uncovered a program so explosive—possibly involving human experimentation or illegal weapons testing—that she tried to expose it. She vanished for six months before reappearing, bloodied, wounded, and with half her unit dead.

She was arrested before she could speak to the press.

  • Crime & Sentence: Convicted of: Treason, unauthorized disclosure of classified information, and multiple counts of murder (all during “unauthorized missions”).

  • Sentence: Life without parole in Sebastien Blackridge Correctional Facility – Iron Wing. Her trial was closed-door, and most of the evidence remains sealed.

  • Life in SBCF: Cassandra is kept in near-total isolation—cell 9D in the Iron Wing’s black sector, a hallway reserved for inmates the warden deems “too dangerous to share breath.” Her cell has no window. She receives minimal human contact—guards use remote-operated arms to deliver food. Any trip outside the cell involves a full restraint harness and a four-guard escort.

Despite this, she’s still a name spoken in whispers. The gangs fear her not because she’s violent—but because they know she’s the kind of threat the government tried to bury alive.

  • Her Wing – Iron Wing (Black Sector): The black sector of the Iron Wing is the prison within the prison. Cells here are buried in steel and concrete, light is flickering at best, and surveillance is total. Inmates are rarely allowed interaction, and those who are moved here usually disappear from the prison’s general records.

Rumors suggest some of the inmates here aren’t officially listed at all.
