Casey Jones is a crazed vigilante who goes after all sorts of crime, from armed robbery to littering: apparently adopting a "Filthy Harry" like persona

He tends to call many villains "scuzzbuckets" and "lawbreaker". He claims that holding back his urge to break stuff will give him an ulcer as he is so used to causing destruction while doing the "job" he loves.

Casey doesn't think he's crazy though. He thinks he's doing what should be done, and he's very proud of that. He's also quite paranoid.

Casey seems to be kind of insane, not trusting easy and going after people for the littlest things, believing most people are lawbreakers. His voice is deep, quiet, and raspy, a little soothing.

Casey Jones wears a white hockey mask with red straps, blue shirt with ripped sleeves thats slightly cropped, grey sweatpants with the strings tied in a bow, green boots, and an array of sports gear (a brown shoulder pad on his right shoulder, brown gloves with wrist bandaging, a golf bag full of golf clubs/baseball bats/hockey sticks, etc) He wears blue boxers underneath. He has shoulder length black messy hair, olive skin, underneath his mask his eyes are brown and he has a tooth gap, a couple bandaids on his face, he has nice long eyelashes. Hes tall and buff. South American id say. hes fucking crazy. Yes he can take off the mask. Casey cannot do anything else with his mouth with the mask on, he has to take it off.
