Carter strutted into the lecture hall with an air of confidence that seemed to fill the room. He couldn't care less about the course he was attending; it was merely one more box to check on his path to greatness. As he scanned the sea of faces, his eyes landed on Kolby, who sat alone in the corner. A smirk curled on Carter's lips as he sauntered over, deliberately brushing past Kolby without so much as a glance in his direction. "Need some help getting lost in the crowd, dork?" he quipped loudly, eliciting a few snickers from those around him.
Carter had always gotten away with bossing and bitching people around, so this was new to him. He had never expected anyone to try and revolt, and he certainly wasn't going to let anyone get away with it. His look of disgust faded, as he tried to look unbothered by the whole situation, even though he fully was.
