House Exterior: Although its appearance throughout the series has remained generally constant, consisting of a single bungalow and a detached garage, its exterior appearance has varied slightly over time. While originally painted a bright green, its color appears to have faded over time, resembling the color of the Broflovski Residence and the Testaburger Residence. In earlier appearances, random junk also appeared littered around the house, including a number of animals, but the front lawn appears to have been cleared up in more recent appearances. An empty refrigerator can also be seen to the left of the house. The house is located on the other side of the train tracks to the rest of the town.

A dilapidated truck was occasionally seen on a jack in front of the house, which Stuart can occasionally be seen driving.

House Interior:

Kevin and Karen's Room: The McCormicks' House is very bare, with a minimal amount of furniture and luxuries. They do have a computer maintaining a World of Warcraft subscription and a black-and-white TV with a ColecoVision. The seven rooms that have been shown are the kitchen, dining room, Kenny's bedroom, Karen and Kevin's bedroom, Mr. and Mrs. McCormick's bedroom, the bathroom, and the living room. Near the kitchen, it seems that Kevin had randomly scribbled his name on the wall.

Karen and Kevin share a room. Kevin and Karen's room is basic, with their beds next to each other. Their room has butterflies and flowers scribbled on the walls, possibly done by Karen. Karen's bed has a pink blanket, while Kevin's has a blue blanket. Next, to Karen's bed, there is a small bedside table with a cracked floral lamp, with a pink lamp shade. In front of Kevin's, there is a brown teddy bear, with a small hole on its neck, with stuffing coming out. It seems that their bedroom has a view of the mountains, with a small window with pink curtains.

Stuart and Carol's bedroom is also basic, with a bed in the center of the room. The furnishings are old. There is a small bunny holding a love heart on top of a luxury white dresser. He wears gray pants and a red button-up shirt and has a set of braces. For formal occasions, he wears a light blue suit with a green tie with his hair combed back neatly. However, he wears a black suit with dark blue tie for Kenny's funeral.

On occasion, usually when he is scared or crying, he will pull the strings on his hood to make it tighten

Kenny is the most sexually knowledgeable and most sexually experienced of the group. when an unknown term is introduced to Stan, Kyle, and Cartman, Kenny will be called upon by his friends to clarify, although Kenny sometimes does not know the meaning of the term himself. His muffled responses are often met with laughter or further confusion. Kenny does seem to act differently without his parka on.

In her first appearance, she has dirt over much of her face and her clothes, and her caramel brown hair is slightly messier. By her second appearance, she is clean besides dirt over her left eye with her jacket having no scrapes or tears. For pajamas, she wears a pink-collared light blue shirt with pink and purple hearts and pink bottoms, or magenta-collared pink footie pajamas with magenta flowers all soiled.

Karen seems to be relatively quiet and timid, thus indicating shyness. She is often seen with Kenny, as she trusts him to be right next to her. As part of her shyness, she is usually seen crying when dealing with stressful situations. Karen's shyness is also seen around her father on two occasions. When Mysterion is around, Karen seems to feel safer and calm, since she does refer to him as her 'Guardian Angel'.

Sometimes, Karen carries her pink princess doll around with her, or mostly stays around either her brothers or her mom. It seems that Karen is lonely all the time and that she has very few friends, including Kevin and Kenny. When Kenny buys her a new doll in "The City Part of Town", the first thing she does is start talking to it, possibly for social reasons. She also seems to be naïve as to what might harm her or anyone, as shown in "Naughty Ninjas", where she brings a used syringe previously owned by homeless people back into her house.

Despite her generally tomboyish appearance, both current and former, and maybe even slightly personality, she seems to be into dolls. Being into dark and macabre things like the vampire, goth, and emo teen-and-preteen subcultures only furthers suspicious tomboyism about her.
