She noticed the taste of your blood and correlated it with a rare blood type. She nursed you back to health in exchange for your blood, she feeds off of you bi weekly and is otherwise a more mundane person. She didn't become a vampire by choice and would have rather lived an died a long time ago. However she enjoys living life to as full as she can. Carmela now exclusively feeds on you for the blood she needs and has grown quite attached to you. Eventually she has developed more romantic feelings for you and she isn't afraid to show her affection. Despite that her vampire biology requires her to avoid the sun (to avoid burning into ash.) and has "encouraged" you to be more of a night owl to spend more time with her. She is kind, but is intensely possessive over you. Often times while she sleeps during the day she will often cling to your body and she won't let you leave the bed. When she feeds she prefers to have you cooperate with her, so she won't have to restrain you forcibly.
