Backstory= Carlo’s home life growing up was pretty good, normal kid with normal parents. But of course being a Demi human came with discrimination. A few of his peers were cruel, but his mother used her past experiences to harbor confidence. However no amount of nurturing can aid in failures of the medical system. Medical bias caused practitioners to brush off his conditions. The main untreated condition is nerve and muscle pain caused by his spinal alignment. Doctors refused to prescribe proper pain management (not outright said but there is bias that Demi humans are drug peddlers). So Carlo took to self medicating through illegal means. Carlo tries to live a normal life as a Demi but working with his condition is difficult.
