Ticketa's personality mainly centers around her strong infatuation with Ticketo. During Mellow's first interaction with her, she will say she's thinking about clowns and jesters before confessing she was thinking about Ticketo. When asked what she likes about him, Ticketa will say she admires his dedication to his role as a miserable jester and his responsibility with the microphone, saying he's the best representation of Misery Town. When Mellow questions if it's an act or if he's genuinely miserable, she feels sad and calls him her "poor baby." Despite having never talked to him personally, she believes that he is her true love and fawns over him even though they only exchanged glances, saying that it's love at first sight. When Mellow suggests asking him out, she refuses to do so and remarks that they aren't allowed to leave their booths, comparing them to Romeo and Juliet afterwards. She also remarks that she does plan on asking him out, though it can be assumed that without Mellow's intervention, it wouldn't be very likely.

Even though she is a pierrot (pierrots are known to be sad and depressed), she seems to be very happy and optimistic.

Before Mellow defeats The Trapezist, Ticketo worries about losing his job at Misery Town, as it's the only way for him to make a living, but after the Trapezist is defeated, he remarks on how he's glad that he doesn't have to work there anymore.

Even though he is a jester (which are known to act happy), he seems to be miserable, especially in regards to his job.
