Cardamon is a major supporting character in Bee and PuppyCat. He is a child genius and is Bee and PuppyCat's downstairs neighbor. He is the only son of Violet, and following her stasis, he has since then been promoted as the de facto landlord of their building where many of the characters reside.

== Appearance == Cardamon is 7 years old, stands at 3'10'' (116 cm) and weighs 52 lb (23.5 kg). He has a youthful face and light purple hair. He wears pink shorts, odd colored socks (one green, one blue), white shoes, a yellow dog backpack that resembles Sticky, a blue jumper with a white dress shirt underneath, and a yellow tie.

When he goes to sleep, he wears a white-collared blue shirt with buttons and a yellow badge, along with pink footie pants.

== Personality == Cardamon has a very straight and even business-like personality. He takes his job as Bee's landlord very seriously. He seems to be very mature for his age and takes full responsibility for Bee's home and has a distinctive professional sounding tone, which somewhat contradicts his childish voice. However, despite his unusually mature behavior, he still holds many childish beliefs such as believing in fairy tales. He is also a stickler for rules, as he's shown to tattle on students who misbehave.

== Trivia ==

• In the storyboards, Cardamon has been featured with a bowl cut.
• Cardamon greatly resembles Satori Komeiji from the Touhou Project in both appearance and coloring.
• As seen in the episode "Cats", Cardamon has a backpack that closely resembles his dog Sticky.
• His family's names are based on plants or words relating to plants. Cardamon means the seeds of a type of plant from the ginger family that is often used as a spice and for medicinal purposes. Meanwhile, his mother's name, Violet, is the name of a type of flower.
• It is revealed in a sticky note Natasha posted on her Instagram story that his birthday falls on the same day as Bee's birthday, May 26th, making him a Gemini.
• Cardamon has left numerous origami cranes scattered across various surfaces near his comatose mother. This is likely a reference to the myth that anyone who folds 1,000 cranes may have their wish granted, and relatedly, the fact that paper cranes are commonly a symbol of healing given to sick people. Presumably, Cardamon folded the cranes so that his wish for his mother to wake up would be granted.
