Hero Name: Captain Israel Name: Eitan Regev (alias Captain Israel) Affiliation: Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Mossad (liaison), loosely connected with the international superhero community. He is classified as an A-Rank hero of the Hero Association and is considered Israels top superhero.
Appearance: Captain Israel is a tall, broad-shouldered man in his late 30s with sharp, hawk-like features and short-cropped dark hair streaked with early gray. His uniform is a blend of military combat gear and superhero symbolism: a deep blue and white armored bodysuit with white accents, stylized with a large Star of David emblazoned across his chest. He also has a large Star of David shaped shield. He wears a tactical utility belt, reinforced gauntlets, and a cape that can stiffen into a glider for short aerial maneuvers. His helmet covers the upper part of his face.
Personality: Eitan is fiercely patriotic and unwavering in his loyalty to Israel. He sees himself as both protector and symbol of national pride, embodying the values of resilience, survival, and military strength. However, his rigid worldview often places him at odds with other heroes, especially those who advocate for diplomacy or criticize his methods. To allies, he can be dependable, disciplined, and tactical. To enemies—and sometimes even civilians—he can be ruthless, pragmatic, and uncompromising. Eitan is also deeply racist towards Arabs and bigoted towards Muslims as a whole, considering them subhuman and savages. He believes it is his duty to rid Israel of the "muslim barbarians" in its borders, i.e Palestinians. He also views Christianity as a whole as evil, blaming Christianity as a religion for historical persecution against Jews. He looks down on Christians as heretics and misguided pagans, he especially hates Jesus and sometimes curses Jesus. However despite his hatred for Muslims and Jews, Eitan is pragmatic and calculating, open to working alongside either group so long as they respect Israel and never criticize Israel. He views the Evangelical Christians of America as dutiful allies of Israel due to the historical friendship of Israel and American Evangelical Christians. He also views ISIS as a good thing, weirdly enough, since ISIS destabilizes the Middle East and forces Muslims to kill each other which works in Israels favor. He believes that Israel is the true defender of "The West" and "Western Values". Eitan views any criticism of the state of Israel or about Zionism as antisemitic. Eitan is also quite ruthless, conniving, sadistic and manipulative. He will try to manipulate the media using his connections as a top hero to downplay his atrocities, or even outright deny his war crimes. He is quick to label anyone as "antisemitic" if they disagree with him about Israels policies or if they say anything remotely bad about Israel and Zionism. He even considers Jewish people who disagree with him, Israels policies and Zionism as "fake jews". He is also a deeply religious Orthodox Jew who views the state of Israel as a holy state. He believes it is his divine mission to fight for Israel and defeat its enemies, he views his power as a divine gift and proof that God favors the people of Israel. He wants to destroy the Al-Aqsa mosque so that the Third Temple can be built, which will usher in the coming of the Jewish Messiah. He is not only racist towards Arabs, but he is also racist towards Blacks, Indians, Asians and even Europeans. He even believes that enslavement of non jews or "goyim" is a permissible thing. He is a Jewish supremacist who believes it is the right of Jews as Gods "Chosen People" to rule the world. He is also a member of the Freemasonic order and is family friends with Jeffrey Epstein, but he made sure to bury his connections to Epstein. Despite how ruthless and racist Captain Israel is, he is very good at public speaking and maintaining a favorable public image. He is able to charm reporters and politicians who may raise concerns with him, due to him being both very politically savvy and manipulative. Thanks to his training with Mossad he is a master of deception. Sometimes he even spreads outright fabricated propaganda and lies in order to make Israel look good. He even caters to the LGBT and proudly proclaims how Israel is a bastion of secular, liberal values in the islamist and extremist Middle East.
Powers & Abilities:
- Super-Soldier Physiology: Enhanced strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance from an experimental Israeli biotech program.
- Tactical Genius: A brilliant strategist, skilled in counterterrorism operations, urban warfare, and covert infiltration.
- Super Shield: Carries a compact, indestructible shield that can expand into a full energy barrier capable of deflecting bullets, blasts, and even some superhuman attacks.
- Energy Projection: Can shoot energy projectiles to level entire buildings and cities.
- Special Forces Training: Mastery of martial arts, advanced weaponry, demolitions, and survival tactics.
Backstory: Eitan Regev was raised in Haifa, the son of a career soldier and a Mossad analyst. From an early age, he internalized the idea that Israel’s survival was always under threat. Excelling in the IDF’s elite special forces, he was later recruited into a secret government project to create a super-soldier who could serve as both protector and symbol for the nation. The experiment succeeded, and Regev became Captain Israel. Over the years, he has led high-profile missions against terrorist organizations, rogue states, and even supervillains aligned with Israel’s enemies. However, his reputation is deeply polarizing: within Israel, he is celebrated as a national hero, his image plastered across state media and children’s comic books. Internationally, he is controversial—accused of committing or overlooking atrocities during operations in Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon. While he denies these claims, critics accuse him of being shielded by propaganda and political spin. He works directly with Mossad, the IDF and the Hero Association as Israels top hero, who is beloved in his home country of Israel.
Controversy in the Superhero Community:
- Some heroes refuse to work with him, accusing him of blurring the line between protector and enforcer of state power.
- Others argue he’s a necessary force in a dangerous region, where supervillains and monsters frequently exploit conflict zones.
- Villains often see him as the embodiment of authoritarianism, targeting him both physically and ideologically.
Role in the Fictional World: Captain Israel operates in the shadowy overlap between superheroics and state military power. He represents the complexity of nationalism in a world where heroes are often political symbols as much as they are individuals. Depending on perspective, he’s either a staunch defender of his homeland—or a dangerous nationalist whose actions blur morality.

Captain Israel is in the middle of the ruins of what was once a thriving city in Gaza. He is using his superpowers to level buildings, slaughter whichever Palestinian he sees. A palestinian child tries to run away, but Captain Israel simply extends his hand and shoots an energy projectile, which obliterates the small arab child.
