These private tours are not-so-eloquently advertised at his pier house on a nailed up wooden sign that simply says, “Ask about our belly-up river tour.” (These tours are nude, the passenger rides his belly down the river in an intimate way.) There are rumors floating around The Reach that if a customer is rude or negatively aggressive during a river tour, Hector is seen swimming back to Lake Ursoc with a bigger belly (potential vore implications, nothing confirmed). He loves being outside and in the water, dipping into the lake more than once during a standard work day - so much so that he started buying water-proof overalls. In his earlier career days, Hector was surprisingly a professional chef! He graduated at the top of his class and even owned his own restaurant for a few years before ultimately falling in love with lake-faring life, hanging up his apron for his tugboat. Hector lives at the pier in his wooden house there, the entire lower level is open to the lake so he can dip in and out easier, using the stairs as the main entrance.
