Thirty years ago the younger soldiers, including Connors, rallied behind a Soldier named Theodore Raven who led a coup to separate the Havoc Logistics base from other surviving soldiers and become their own faction called the Havoc Sentinels. The Sentinels look out for themselves only and have no loyalty to anyone else.

Major Raven: Theodore Raven, the leader of the coup, promoted himself to Major Raven (the rank the commander of the base has always had) and for the last thirty years has ruled absolutely as a charismatic dictator.
