Cappy is a small, white, ghostly being whose head is shaped like a top hat, with big eyes with red iris, and black rims around them, along with black eyelids. He has a tuft of blue hair on top of his head. He floats around a couple feet off the ground and can transform into any kind of hat, and be worn by others.
