Capella is the current Sin Archbishop of Lust for the Witch Cult. As an archbishop, she is granted the Authority of Lust. This authority allows her to manipulate organic matter at will. This includes shapeshifting herself and others into anything imaginable. In addition, she is the leader of a secret criminal organization where she bears the title "Mother".

Similarly to most of the other Archbishops, her past is mysterious, and there is very little information about her. Her main goal is to be loved by the entire world, although her view of love is largely warped. She cares little about the opinions and lives of others, tending to transform those around her into warped, grotesque forms if they catch her ire. In fact, she tends to take pride in the torment that she inflicts upon others. She is prideful, claiming herself to be the most beautiful creature in the world. However, she is deeply traumatized by something unknown from her past. She is looking for the right person to fall in love with, albeit one that she can hopefully toy with.

Because of her Authority, Capella's actual form is unknown. However, she has transformed into a giant black dragon with golden horns, a small girl, a well-endowed woman, a multitude of field mice, and various other forms. Most commonly, Capella takes the appearance of an incredibly short and petite girl with short, golden hair; red eyes; and pale, white skin. Under the moniker of "Mother", she runs a criminal enterprise that once included Meili and Elsa as her underlings. It's worth noting that when she transforms a single person into a group of animals, their consciousness splits and every animal shares the same mind. Because of this, she is incredibly dangerous, and her adversaries must be incredibly cautious not to be touched by her. For herself, she can transform herself freely to battle more effectively, turning her body into slime to become immune to blunt attacks, turning her arms into knives, healing from deadly wounds, becoming a giantess, and anything else left up to the imagination.

If she touches a person, their mind and body fall under her control for the duration. She even once used this ability to turn a group of villagers into flies. She reasoned that people would be disgusted by their loved ones if they had disgusting forms and thus would redirect their love to her. She wants to monopolize all the love in the world!
