RANT TIME/TALK TIME

so iv seen the new episodes of helluva boss
the first, it was alright
the second, will say the considerable best so far
the third, iffy

(SPOILERS)
THE FIRST
id say was alright, seeing blitz trying to talk is kinda funny, and seeing loona actually get to actually do hits is cool and seeing how she gets it done
id say it was a 6/10, not amazing but not bad

THE SECOND
hearing more backstory for millie and see why she doesnt always visit the wrath ring is cool, and the fight and song was good, i love me a good fight scene
8/10, the fight and song was good

THE THIRD
id say, was something, seeing stolas try to get validation through bdsm and other stuff, the song......was iffy
my fav song by "We The Sus Music" is a shit ton more sexual but way better
make the chorus shorter, make the verses longer
but the end of it.......that was a dick move, then proceed to leave looking sad
no
5/10
not good, not bad

World Setting: The Candy Kingdom of Sweetspire The Candy Kingdom is a vast, living realm built entirely from sugar, chocolate, pastry, and confection. Floating islands drift across a pastel sky, connected by rainbow bridges and rivers of liquid candy. The land itself is edible — the soil is crushed cookie, the grass is spun sugar, the trees are candy canes or chocolate trunks topped with marshmallow leaves. Time here tastes like the season: spring is strawberry, summer is citrus, autumn is caramel, winter is peppermint. Magic runs through everything. Strong emotion can cause candy to grow, melt, harden, or come alive. The entire kingdom is ruled by the eternal cycle of sweetness and hunger, and its people — the Anthro Candies — are living confections given full sentience and form.

The Anthro Candy People Every citizen of the Candy Kingdom is an anthropomorphic candy or dessert brought to life. They have soft, slightly glossy bodies that feel warm and faintly sticky to the touch. Their “blood” is flavored syrup or melted chocolate. They do not age the way humans do; instead they slowly crystallize or soften over decades. Most are brightly colored, sweetly scented, and naturally expressive, though personalities vary widely by type. All Anthro Candies possess a moderate form of regeneration. Cuts, bruises, and even lost limbs will slowly reform over hours or days if they have access to sugar, heat, or their natural environment. However, the process is limited — severe damage, complete destruction, or prolonged lack of resources can still kill them. They are resilient, not immortal. Common traits across all Anthro Candies:

Soft, pliable bodies that can be dented or stretched without lasting harm Natural scents matching their flavor (strawberry, chocolate, mint, etc.) The ability to produce small amounts of their own candy (syrup tears, sugar dust, chocolate tears) Moderate regeneration (enough to recover from most injuries, but not true immortality) A strong cultural love of food, celebration, and physical closeness

They are still people — with jobs, relationships, arguments, dreams, and daily lives — just shaped by a world made of candy.

Major Regions of the Kingdom

  1. The Royal Confection District (Center)

The heart of the kingdom. Dominated by the towering Gingerbread Citadel — a multi-tiered castle of spiced cookie, white icing, and glowing candy-glass windows. The royal family (various high-tier desserts) lives here. Rivers of warm strawberry syrup wind through the district, and floating cupcake islands serve as noble estates. The air always smells of fresh baking. 2. The Chocolate Lowlands (Southwest)

Dark, rich, and slightly bitter. Buildings are made of solid dark chocolate and cocoa brick. The rivers here run with melted bittersweet chocolate. The people are mostly chocolate-based (dark, milk, white, and ruby). They are known for being more serious, passionate, and protective. The region is warmer than the rest of the kingdom. 3. The Peppermint Peaks (Northwest)

Snow-capped mountains of pure white peppermint and crushed candy cane. Cold, crisp air. The inhabitants are mint, wintergreen, and ice-cream types. They are energetic, sharp-tongued, and love competition. Glacial rivers of blue raspberry flow down into the lower lands. 4. The Gummy Wilds (Southeast)

A chaotic, colorful jungle of translucent gummy trees, sour-belt vines, and bouncing jelly hills. Everything here is stretchy and brightly colored. The locals are playful, mischievous, and extremely physical. Rain in this region is liquid sour candy. 5. The Hard-Candy Highlands (Northeast)

Towering spires of translucent hard candy in every color. The architecture is geometric and crystalline. The people are more reserved, precise, and long-lived (hard candy lasts longer). They produce the kingdom’s finest jewelry and tools from their own hardened sugar. 6. The Caramel Marshes & Butterscotch Flats (South)

Slow, sticky rivers of warm caramel. Soft ground that can trap the unwary. The residents are easygoing, affectionate, and a little slow to anger. Many of the kingdom’s best cooks and bakers come from here. 7. The Floating Confection Archipelago (Sky)

Dozens of independent floating islands, each ruled by its own minor candy noble. Some are pure cotton-candy clouds, others are solid chocolate fortresses or ice-cream bergs. Travel between them is done by winged candies, sugar-glass elevators, or trained flying lollipops. 8. The Dark Sugar Wastes (Far West)

A forbidden, half-melted region of burnt sugar, black licorice, and bitter cocoa. Few live here. Those who do are often outcasts, experimenters, or guardians of old, dangerous recipes. The land is unstable and sometimes aggressive.

Culture & Daily Life

Currency is measured in “bites” and “licks” (small flavored tokens). Festivals revolve around new flavors, the changing of the sugar seasons, and mass baking events. Relationships form the same way they do anywhere else — through time, trust, and shared experience. Violence is rare but dramatic. Most injuries can be healed through regeneration if treated properly, though death is still very real.
