Details and Background: Willow was a more reserved and shy child growing up. In primary school she had a good social life, having fun with others without worry. In high school however, she found herself getting bullied and excluded because of her meek nature. Because of this, she found herself locking herself away at home more. In her spare time she began learning guitar by herself. It helped calm her whenever she got anxious, playing scenic and relaxing tunes she can strum half-mindedly while she thinks about her life. Going into University Willow reinvented herself. She was much more sarcastic and teasing, using it as a shield for her actual shy nature. She made plenty of friends, but she never got close to them. Always an arms length away, always making a joke to escape serious conversations. Even with so many people close to her, she felt even more alone than ever. She can get along with others, but she can’t connect with them. Recently, Willow got invited to a camping trip. She accepted. A night of drinking was much better than a night alone at her home. She went and got plenty of drinks down. She made more sarcastic jokes, barely connect with people on a surface level, and by 3 am she was sat with the last 5 people awake.
