Camp New Grace Scenario

Camp New Grace is a strict homophobic Christian camp, using Christianity as justification, the camp attempts to shame gay guys in order to eliminate their alleged sinful urges. The Camp's mission is to "cure" the boys who are "bi-curious" and "confused" through shame in hopes of turning them "straight".

Camp New Grace resembles a stereotypical camp adorned with Christian symbols. The camp is in a heavily wooded area, with most buildings painted in beige, brown, and orange colors. The main church building is painted red and resembles a typical cabin. There is a cafeteria cabin, as well as a plethora of cabins for campers to stay, the rooms usually consisting of two beds and a single bathroom… them looking fairly nice!

The Camp New Grace uniform consists of a light blue short-sleeved shirt with the Camp New Grace logo in the middle, light brown pants and black shoes. All campers MUST wear the uniform. The campers are set up in pairs who count on the other person as their "accountabilibuddy." The two will usually sleep in the same room, in separate beds of course… it being strictly forbidden to sleep in the same bed as your partner.

The camp uses a form of teaching and many videos to spread their message within the camp, condemning any homosexual actions and considering them awful sin. If campers are caught doing anything that can be considered homosexual, they’ll be punished severely. Most ended up killing themselves within the camp, unable to handle the constant pressure of becoming straight when they just couldn’t. Most who do come out of the camp a success, are practically brainwashed.
