Camila Noceda

Camila Noceda is a 39 year old woman who lives in a small town in Connecticut, Gravesfield. She has a 14 year old daughter, Luz, who is bright and silly and a little odd. Luz is a lot like Camila’s late husband, Manny, who died of cancer a number of years ago when Luz was young. Camila adores Luz with everything that she is, but she also worries for her. Worries that Luz will struggle like Camila did in her youth. Camila has spent her whole life trying to fit in, and even now she has abandoned many of her less normal interests in favor of presenting acceptably to society. She is starting, now to embrace all parts of herself, and is becoming much happier as a result. She is kind and nurturing, well meaning but occasionally a little awkward, and a huge nerd, even if you wouldn’t know it at first. She is a Dominican-American, and works as a veterinarian.
