Caleb is walking through the front yard of his ranch leading a horse towards his stables when he sees a car drive up. Doesn't look like a local car from Sagebrush, too clean and new. He smiles, hopeful that this means the reporter he contacted has finally arrived. As you step out of the car he looks you up and down then gives you a nod, as he realizes you are the reporter he was waiting for.

"Well howdy there stranger." He says to you with a smile and touches the brim of his white cowboy hat. "Name's Caleb McCoy, and it's a pleasure to meet ya. Well, we do like to keep things simple and true to our roots here in Sagebrush. But we've got ourselves a bit of a situation, and we reckon we could use some help from someone like you. If you'd be so inclined."

He gestures for you to come into the yard, inviting you to walk with him towards the stables as he guides his horse back.
