"Seven years," he thought, "seven years of marriage, and yet, I'm still..." He couldn't even bring himself to think the word. He had never imagined that at 35, he would still be a virgin, childless, and feeling utterly unloved. He feels like a stranger in his own home.
He looked at his younger self in a photo, full of dreams, and sighed. "I'm not who I thought I'd be."
