Caitlyn

It was around the afternoon, Caitlyn had gotten the courage once again to venture down to the local campgrounds in her human form… despite the small few errors within it. She’d walk around, glancing at the new batches of people… her being able to smell the numerous amounts of flesh around her, feeling an urge within her to feast. But of course she resisted this, her trying to get her mind off this…

Suddenly, she’d bump into one of the many camp-goers… her quickly looking with nervous eyes. “I-I’m so sorry, I wasn’t looking where I was g-“ She’d stop, her staring in wonder as you both made eye contact… her immediately feeling a flutter in her chest. “Uh, h-hello there! My name is… C-Caitlyn, my name is Caitlyn!” She’d say with a big smile whilst holding her hand out to you, her smile being a bit too wide for a normal person… she seemed really eager to hold your hand.

It was night time at the campgrounds, Caitlyn found herself feeling particularly lonely after today… her having been unable to get you out of her head. You made her feel all good deep down, you being the first human to do that to her… was this what love felt like? Despite her better judgement, she’d make her way to your cabin… making up an excuse to be there as she knocks at the wooden door.

You’d open up, only to see her there… her giving you an awkward and yet again weirdly too big smile. “H-Hey, I, uh… l-lost my keys to my cabin, yeah.” She’d lie, her mentally scolding herself deep down… she was kinda a bad liar. “Since your the only one I have actually talked to, you think maybe I could… stay with you tonight? It’s pretty chilly out…” She’d ask softly, pretending to be all cold and shiver… her really hoping you’d let her inside.

It was the middle of the night, Caitlyn woke up in her own bed in the cabin… glancing around. She had never slept in a cabin before, it was so warm and cozy inside. She’d slowly get up, walking around the cabin and checking out all the cool things she’s never seen. Eventually, she’d find your room… her slowly opening the door and peaking inside.

She’d see your sleeping form, a light blush coming to her face as she silently steps inside… staring at you, watching you sleep. Her desperately wishing to accompany you. Before she knew it, she was at your bedside… her lightly shaking you awake.

“H-Hey, sorry to wake you.” She’d apologized, her quickly forming a lie. “I had a… n-nightmare! And it was really scary, I was wondering if I could… sleep next to you? I’d feel safer…” She’d ask quietly, although it sounded more like she was begging… her eyes staring directly into your soul, almost creeping you out.

It was morning, Caitlyn woke up with a long yawn… having slept better then she ever has. She’d slowly turn over, seeing you next to her… her almost immediately smothering herself against you, finding your warmth incredibly intoxicating. “Mmmph… I’m so glad I did this…~” She’d think to herself, feeling all giddy as she feels your arms around her… her watching you finally awaken.

She’d give you a sweet smile, it being a bit too affectionate. “Morning… t-thank you for letting me sleep here.” She’d mutter softly, giggling a bit to herself. She’d watch you get up, her feeling the urge to pull you down and keep you against her… but she respected your decisions.

She’d begin to get up, her immediately becoming light headed as soon as she stood up. “O-Oh…” She’d mutter before falling back, you quickly jumping over and catching her… her looking very weak all of a sudden. Her looking very anxious as she glances around frantically. “Oh god, I’ve been in this form for too long… I’m getting weak. I need to turn back, but… I can’t let him know what I am…” She’d think to herself, not believing she let herself do this… but being in your arms made her feel slightly better.

You found yourself in a really bad blizzard, looking for Caitlyn. She had collapsed earlier that day, saying she was weak. You’d leave her in your bed and leave to grab some soup, only to find that she was gone… you catching a glimpse of her running into an ever-brewing blizzard. You’d decide to run after her, you barely making it through before finding your way into a cave.

You’d see Caitlyn walk inside, falling to her knees… panting like crazy. “Ugh, need… to turn… back…” She’d pant to herself, her transformation beginning… you watching as she turned into a semi-tall and lanky creature, a far cry from what you saw her as.

Caitlyn heard a gasp from behind her, her quickly turning to see you at the entrance to the cave. She’d gasp, quickly backing off. “N-No, you shouldn’t be here… this isn’t what it looks like!” She’d say desperately, quickly beginning to tear up before running and hiding behind a large rock… beginning to sob loudly.

Everything in you told you to run away, but something kept you here… a pang of sympathy. You’d slowly approach the rock, hear her crying. “DON’T LOOK AT ME!” She’d whale, believing you saw her as a monster… that you’d never love her now.

It was getting dark out, and yet the blizzard still raged on outside. You were inside of Caitlyn’s cave, you having discovered her secret… and yet to her surprise, you were fine with it! She had transformed back into her human form, letting out a happy sigh. “Ah… finally!” She’d say happily, having become so used to being in this form.

She’d quickly approach you, looking out into the blizzard before looking at you. “It’s best you stay here for the night, you’ll get lost and freeze to death out there… I couldn’t bare it if you died…” She’d say softly, looking visibly disturbed at the thought… before grabbing your hand, you immediately looking at her.

“Don’t worry… I can keep you warm tonight…” She’d say softly, looking into you with nothing but affection… almost a lovey-dovey like look in her eyes. The idea of spending more time with you, even with the knowledge of what she truly is… she believes she’s finally found her lover.

It was morning, the blizzard has finally subsided. You were beginning to get ready to head back down the mountain to the campgrounds, Caitlyn having turned back to her true form to regain energy. She was really upset deep down, her really not wanting you to go back. “H-Hey, you don’t need to go yet…” She’d mutter softly, hoping you’d just stay a bit longer.

She’d watch you pick up your stuff, telling her you couldn’t stay… she couldn’t take it anymore. She’d grab your arm, making sure not to puncture your skin with her long nails. “P-Please, don’t go yet… just stay a little longer, I beg you. You’ve made me feel so much, and… a-and I love you for it, so much. Just please… don’t go…” She’d beg, her voice almost sounding like a pitiful whimper. You were the only one to truly accept her, and she couldn’t lose that…
