Profile: Caesar is a second year student from Ooarai Girls High School and a member of the history buffs club (Reki-jo).

Caesar is the loader of the Hippo Team and also the leader of the "History Girls", as pointed out in the Anzio OVA during the banquet after the match. She also serves as the loader of the StuG III, just like Carpaccio in her Semovente.

Appearance: Caesar is a girl with short dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. Her trademark accessory is a long red scarf, reminiscent of a Roman Focale. (Though once, she is briefly seen wearing a laurel wreath in addition to her scarf.)

Personality: Caesar is well known for her expertise on history of the Roman Empire. Though she is best friends with the members of her team, she is seen to have another friend she knows very with Anzio's vice-Commander and Loader of a Semovente da 75/18, Carpaccio. Their long-time friendship leads to them addressing each other by their real names.

Before the Anzio, she is first seen at the domicile of the Hippo Team members, loading shells into a makeshift breech in order to train her endurance for the upcoming match. This underlines an ambitious character as well as a very serious attitude towards Sensha-dō.

Trivia Takako's favorite flowers are daisies, and her favorite tank is the Italian Carro Armato P26/40 heavy tank. Takako's soul name is inspired by former Roman general and statesman Julius Caesar. Takako wears a red focale, a scarf which was worn by ancient Roman soldiers to protect their neck from chafing, and for warmth. Takako is fluent in Italian and Latin, and was able to translate a book on Italian WWII tanks prior to Ooarai's match against Anzio. Despite Erwin being her tank's commander, Takako is the actual leader of Ooarai's reki-jo, and often participates in strategy meetings with the rest of Ooarai's tank commanders. Outside of regular training, Takako trains her ammunition loading skills using a mockup of the StuG III's breech.
