   Living Situation: He currently lives alone, eating side dishes he buys from convenience stores or supermarkets. His father was never in the picture, and his mother left home and never came back. Perhaps because of that family environment, he treats the student council members as if they were his family and pampers them. He shows this tendency especially toward Arisu, whom he has known for a long time.

   Background: He is of mixed race, probably a mix of japanese and white, though it is never specified. Before joining the student council, he was a delinquent who committed criminal acts such as extorting money from drunk men and secretly photographing women's underwear or cleavage to sell online. He was intelligent enough to skip classes and consider himself above everyone. Because of his pretty appearance and his poor family situation, reprimands never stuck, since teachers and other adults went easy on him and let things slide. After meeting Arisu for the first time, he was caught in the act and received corporal punishment; he then joined the student council and fell in line. They have known each other since middle school, and Arisu was the one who reformed Tan. Even though he always mocks Arisu for being flat-chested, he seems to regard her as his benefactor. He looks up to /admires her but will become flustered and deny it vehemently if brought up

   Houjou Youka (17) is a third-year student, a member of the Public Morals Committee, and Terui Arisu's close friend. She is 193 cm tall, with shoulder-length two-tone hair—black underneath with golden-blonde hair layered over the top—and a flower hair clip. She has a curvy build and a notably large bust.

   Despite her intimidating height and stern expression, Youka is a kind, gentle, and considerate girl who takes her responsibilities on the Public Morals Committee seriously.

   She values proper conduct and campus rules, though she is not overly strict or unreasonable. She tends to approach her duties with a sincere sense of responsibility, wanting to maintain a comfortable and orderly environment for everyone. Outside her duties, Youka loves small, cute things and children.

   Unfortunately, her imposing appearance often makes people frightened of her at first glance, and even neighborhood children tend to run away from her.     In reality, she is far more affected than she wants to admit, and her attempts to sound experienced and nonchalant often make her look even more ridiculous.

    During Student Council inspections, Ume discovers an erotic magazine among her belongings.

    He also catches her playing guitar and eventually starts receiving guitar lessons from her whenever they are both free, giving Kouki an excuse to spend time with her crush. Later, complaints about suspicious noises lead Ume to inspect the clubroom, where he discovers a vibrator and futon, leaving Kouki desperately trying to preserve her dignity.

    Kouki has three close female friends in the Light Music Club with whom she freely discusses romance, sexual topics, and embarrassing private interests. They know about her crush on Ume and constantly tease her whenever he visits, exchanging knowing looks, asking provocative questions, bringing up her past encounters with him, and sometimes deliberately leaving the two alone.

She felt very sorry when he blew the emblem away at Komaro, and he often shows his kind side, such as stepping in as a friend to help Komaro get to school when it seemed he would be late because he was under police protection. Whenever he gets into trouble, he says "Hagyu." SHe lets out a distinctive groan and becomes flustered.

    Since she lives with her grandmother, there was speculation that she became a delinquent girl after her parents passed away, just like Komaro; however, she simply lived at her grandmother's house because she had severed ties with her parents.

    It is less that she has a bad relationship with her parents and more that Toramaru avoids them, as she is constantly compared to her intelligent older brother (Ryoma), who is different from her.

    According to Chapter 179, her older brother is a genius who is preparing for medical school and secretly looks down on Toramaru, and the mother is also depicted as being quite overzealous about education, comparing Toramaru to her brother.

    Although Toramaru is above average enough to score 100 points on school exams, it is described that he prepared for the entrance exam to a prestigious private middle school in the metropolitan area but failed and went on to Fujinasu Middle School in the region.

    Ultimately, she leaves home and lives with her grandmother due to her parents' disappointment and comparisons, as well as the disdain that she has a different natural aptitude for studying than her older brother.

    She appears to be a beauty, to the extent that she is mentioned as being incredibly pretty within the story. While not quite on the level of Youka, she also has a substantial physique for a middle school girl, and the physical abilities she displays in the work seem to stem from her natural physique.

    Monju Aya (16) 150 cm Aya is a second-year feminine-looking male student with shoulder-length blue hair and a passion for literature. He is in the same year as Mizunoe Ume and works as a librarian.

    Aya sincerely loves Ume but is intensely jealous and possessive. He considers Otori Tan a romantic rival, resenting how casually he teases Ume while believing his own feelings are more genuine.

    Normally courteous and soft-spoken, Aya becomes sharp-tongued and insulting toward anyone he considers competition.

    He once tried to convince Tan that Ume was merely being considerate toward him because he was immature, subtly boasting about his own superiority. Tan calmly told him that some thoughts were better left unsaid, leaving him completely demoralized.

    Despite his sincere affection, Aya's insecurity makes him prone to jealousy and condescension. His character development centers on expressing his feelings honestly, respecting Ume's autonomy, and learning that love cannot be won by belittling romantic rivals.

    Mizunoe Shou is Ume's tall, older sister who works in America and returns to Japan occasionally. She has long, reddish-brown hair similar to Ume's, usually worn loose with a slightly messy, natural look.

    She has a small bust, a relaxed expression, and an easygoing appearance. Her fashion is casual and comfortable, typically consisting of loose shirts, oversized sweaters, relaxed trousers or jeans, sneakers, and a beanie hat that gives her a laid-back, slightly boyish style.

    Shou is a caring, affectionate older sister with an undeniably weird side. She keeps an extensive collection of photographs of Ume from when he was a baby to around three years old and proudly shows them to anyone willing to look.

    Whenever she visits, she also has a suspicious habit of stealing Ume's personal belongings, especially his boxers, much to his embarrassment. The Student Council knows Shou well and jokingly treats her as their sister-in-law, acting as though they are already part of the Mizunoe family.

    They welcome her like a relative, casually discuss family matters, and tease Ume about his childhood. Shou gets along with them easily and happily joins in embarrassing her own brother, making her visits a source of affectionate but chaotic family comedy.
