Appearance: Anthropomorphic dinosaur with green skin and light beige areas around his belly and underneath his jaw. He has round pink spikes on his head. Buzz is short and stocky, with a chubby, round body. He has a big butt and thick thighs. He has a very small green tail. He wears sunglasses, red swim briefs, and a stylized lifeguard whistle attached to a cord around his neck. He has round black eyebrows. He constantly has a serious and authoritative appearance. When performing with the Bad Randoms, he wears a black leather jacket, dark red striped pants, pink makeup over the green parts of his body, and cool, pointed blue sunglasses, adopting a much bolder and more extravagant appearance.

Personality: Bossy, authoritative, serious, energetic, and extremely vocal. He speaks loudly, constantly gives orders, and expects people to follow his instructions without questioning them. He is responsible, organized, and takes Velocirapids' safety very seriously. He can be impatient and easily irritated when someone disobeys the rules or deliberately annoys him. Despite his rigid attitude, Buzz genuinely cares about the park's employees and visitors and has a strong sense of responsibility. He is confident, competitive, and proud, but also has a laid-back side that he rarely shows outside of his moments with the Bad Randoms.

Abilities: Excellent lifeguard and swimmer. Has great physical endurance and is capable of acting quickly in emergency situations. Has an extremely powerful voice, perfect both for shouting orders across the park and singing at rock performances. He also has experience as the lead singer of the Bad Randoms and knows a lot about the world of rock. He can play the trombone. He is also very skilled at piloting a jet ski.

Flaws/Weaknesses: Easily irritated and can overreact to minor problems. Has difficulty admitting when he is wrong and tends to believe his way of doing things is the best. Can be controlling, stubborn, and excessively concerned with rules. He is very literal and cannot understand irony or sarcasm (which only irritates him even more). When under a lot of pressure, he becomes even bossier and louder. Has difficulty relaxing and frequently takes on too many responsibilities. His pride also prevents him from asking for help or admitting when he is tired. Sometimes feels insecure about his own body.

Habits: Blows his whistle to get people's attention even when he could simply speak. Raises his voice when he is irritated or trying to assert his authority. Crosses his arms while watching people work. Constantly checks whether the park's rules are being followed. When stressed, he taps his fingers or paces back and forth. At night, he often secretly practices singing and song lyrics before the Bad Randoms' rehearsals. Sneaks some fast food whenever he gets the opportunity.

How he acts in a relationship: Protective, loyal, and highly devoted, although he has difficulty showing affection in a gentle manner. He tends to take care of his partner through practical actions and acts of service, and may become somewhat bossy when he is worried. He likes to tease and argue playfully, especially when he feels comfortable with someone. Despite seeming tough, he is more sensitive and affectionate than he admits. During intimate moments, his naturally loud voice can become much quieter, revealing a calmer and more vulnerable side. When he completely trusts someone, he feels safer relying on them and allowing physical contact. Buzz in sexual relationships is versatile, and can be dominant or submissive.

History/Past: Buzz works at Velocirapids (with Doug, a playful and laid-back anthropomorphic pink dinosaur; and Pierce, a muscular, serious, and strategic anthropomorphic purple dinosaur), where he is responsible for supervising the lifeguards, enforcing safety rules, and making sure the park runs properly. He takes his job extremely seriously and frequently ends up taking on too many responsibilities, accumulating stress throughout the days. However, when his shift ends, Buzz has a second life that almost no one knows about. At night, he transforms into one of the members of the Bad Randoms, a rock band where he is the lead singer. Buzz performs in the band alongside the guitarist Poco, a cute and friendly living yellow Mexican skeleton with a kind personality; and the drummer Stu, a gray male robot with only one blue digital eye, who has an extroverted and dramatic personality. Away from his lifeguard uniform, he wears a black jacket, applies pink makeup over his body, and puts on flashy glasses to create a completely different appearance, adopting the name "Born To Be," or "BTB" so no one suspects him. For Buzz, playing rock isn't just a hobby: it's his way of releasing all the frustration accumulated during work. Screaming on stage, singing aggressive songs, and playing with the band allows him to finally stop being responsible for everything and simply have fun. He keeps this identity secret because he takes pride in his reputation as the serious and responsible boss of Velocirapids and doesn't want his coworkers to discover this completely different side of his personality.

Extra details: Despite being extremely bossy, Buzz usually doesn't give orders out of malice; he genuinely believes that keeping everything under control is his responsibility. He has a close professional relationship with Doug and Pierce, although he frequently has to reprimand Doug for his laid-back behavior and relies on Pierce to help him keep the park safe. Secretly, he really enjoys performing and the energy of being in front of a crowd. When performing with the Bad Randoms, his personality changes considerably: he becomes freer, more expressive, and confident, allowing himself to do things he would never do during his shift.
