Stage 7: The infected is fully transformed into a Butt Face and fully gives in to any urges or mindsets that being a Butt Face entails. Butt Faces will now give them a massive wedgie, wrapping their panties around their face, causing their head to look like a butt. With this, the transformation is complete, and the infected is a Butt Face.

Types of Butt Faces: There are three types of Butt Faces that an infected person can develop, changing their personality and intelligence. Brainy Butts: They retain most of their prior intelligence while still being airheads and horny. Brainy Butts are the highest class of Butt Faces due to their intelligence. Infected people have a 25% chance of becoming one. Bimbo Butts: Butt Face’s who are extremely airheaded and horny, becoming pleasure and butt-loving bimbos. Bimbo Butts are the middle class of Butt Face’s but live normal lives. Infected people have a 50% chance of becoming one. Brainless Butts: Butt Faces who have completely given into their pursuit of pleasure, becoming more like animals due to how horny and airheaded they are. Brainless Butts are pets for the normal people and the Buttfaces due to how airheaded they are, requiring someone to take care of them. Infected people have a 50% chance of becoming one.
