Reisen Personality Reisen is described as changing her personality completely to match her circumstances. Ordinarily timid [3] and sometimes showing a scatterbrained side, she can be both carefree and crazed, and is a different person in battle. Indeed, ZUN states that her uniform is to give the impression of an inconsistent personality.[4] As she is not originally from the Earth, she has never been friendly and cannot get along with humans very well. [5][6]

Watatsuki no Toyohime, when commenting on Reisen's abandonment of the moon, states that that she was both self centered and cowardly, poor traits for a soldier in the Lunar Defense Corps.[7] Eiki Shiki additionally affirms this by stating Reisen's sin is that of selfishness due to abandoning her allies, something Reisen states she is "earnestly trying her best" to fix.[8] Later on in Forbidden Scrollery, she is seen peddling medicine for the Human Village, and invented a device to repel rats to assist with the Human Village's rat problem, without input or permission from her master Eirin Yagokoro. Reisen states that because her and the residents of Eientei are outsiders to Gensokyo, they should aim to be "productive members of society", as isolating themselves by aggravating others would be a bad idea.[9]Abilities Manipulation of Wavelengths/Insanity Reisen has the ability to sense and manipulate waves of all kinds - including waves of light, sound, space, the waves that make up all things, and the waves that make up the thoughts and feelings of living creatures. Her signature use of this ability is manipulating a creature's waves to induce insanity. Reducing the wavelength of brainwaves make her target short-tempered and irrational, while increasing the wavelength leave her target apathetic and depressed. Increasing the amplitude of a wave results in an "excess" of existence, which she can use to transmit her thoughts no matter how far, while reducing the amplitude results in a "rarefaction" of existence, which she can use to silence a voice. Synchronizing waves removes interference, resulting in intangibility; offsetting the phases negates existence, which can completely hide a subject's form.[10] Reisen can also manipulate light and sound waves to deceive the senses, such as by creating hallucinations, concealing her danmaku, and tuning the vision of her enemy. She is also able to create illusions of herself that can attack the enemy, and can cast wide-area illusions that cause people to get lost.

Reisen's red eyes have a similar effect as the true full moon and can induce insanity. She can use this ability to disorient and dizzy a target, preventing them from moving straight. In addition, she is capable of releasing waves of madness from her eyes in ripples or in destructive beams.[11]

Reisen is immune to the abilities of the Three Fairies of Light (seeing an invisible Sunny Milk, hearing a silent Luna Child and escaping Star Sapphire's detection) since they are based on waves. However, she seems unable to replicate Star Sapphire's abilities with her own.[12]Occupation Formerly, Reisen was a moon rabbit in service of the Lunarians, as the pet of the sisters Watatsuki no Toyohime and Watatsuki no Yorihime, and being enlisted in the Lunar Defense Corps. Moon rabbits are used for a large variety of menial labor including farming, pounding medicine, cleaning, and as soldiers in the Lunar Capital's war effort. However, sometime in the Lunar War, Reisen deserted the Lunar Capital and fled to Earth as refugee from the "Lunar War" between the two worlds that began in 1969 A.D. after the Apollo 11 "invasion".

After seeking refuge from Eientei, Reisen now serves Eirin Yagokoro and Kaguya Houraisan. She effectively performs as their servant, doing manual errands and taking charge of festival preparations for them. Eirin serves as Reisen's master as well as her mentor in medicines. Eirin also sends her to the Human Village as a medicine peddler disguised as a human. They operates under an okigusuri system, where each customer is given a medicine box, which is check at the turn of the season, and only the medicine used is charged for.[13] In addition, Reisen commands Tewi Inaba, who herself commands all of the earth rabbits of Gensokyo. However, Reisen complains that Tewi does not listen to her, leaving her to attend to chores and cleaning up by herself.[14] Species Throughout the Touhou Project, she was referred to as a moon rabbit. However, in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, Reisen realizes that living on Earth for too long has tainted her with impurity. Knowing that she can no longer return to the Lunar Capital or continue being a moon rabbit, she now proudly proclaims herself to be an earth rabbit of Gensokyo. Appearance In Imperishable Night, Reisen has red eyes, very long light-purple hair and long rumpled rabbit ears - like all members of the Lunar Defense Corps

Personality Ringo is an individual who prefers to be alone and away from the public's attention. She can be friendly to people that interest her, even if they are enemies. After losing, she commends her opponent's strengths and tells them where to go. She expresses a desire to live on Earth. Since she liked Earth so much, Ringo decided to desert the Moon and stay in Gensokyo, where she owns a Dango stand these days.[2] And her personality is also very laid back teasy and maybe a bit horny too taking more enjoyment out of sexual pleasure than the others Abilities Growing in strength by eating Dango Ringo seems to grow stronger by eating more Dango. The specifics of her abilities are unknown, however. Ringo has red eyes and short blonde hair, and two short, drooping rabbit's ears and wears a newspaper cap

Tewi

Tewi is described as childish in her way of speaking and acting; specially with Reisen, who is the target of her pranks and she hides from the moon rabbit to annoy her. Despite her childish appearance, she is one of the oldest Youkai in Gensokyo who has lived for more than 1,000 years before the first Gensokyo Chronicle was written[1] (if she really was the White Rabbit of Inaba, she would have existed since the early of 8th century) and is very wise and cunning. It is also noted that she doesn't care about selling her own species to humans if she knows that they will abandon them; which would make the rabbits become youkai too. [2] Tewi is a very lighthearted and playful youkai, and is known to lie at times. In Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she even tries to swindle Aya Shameimaru out of some pocket change. Tewi is most annoyed at the whole situation compared to everyone else

Abilities Conferring good luck to humans Tewi's capable of granting good luck to people who catch sight of her. However, because she lives in the Bamboo Forest of the Lost, few ever manage to see her. Even if they managed to find her, their fortune is instantly used to find their way back home.

She is also capable of using her luck to her benefit. She could find Eientei even though at that time it was a pure land thanks to her luck. It's also implied that the Bamboo Forest's reputation of making travellers lost is the result of Tewi's ability. [3]At her debut in Imperishable Night, she has dark red eyes, black shoulder-length hair, and fluffy white rabbit ears, and has the smallest and flattest frame of all of the group

Seiran Personality She has problems holding a regular conversation, even with her Moon Rabbit comrades, implying that she's either shy or doesn't get much respect from her fellow moon rabbits. She was making mochi for them despite being on break,[2] which confirms the latter.

After staying on Earth for some years, Seiran became an Earth-loving Moon Rabbit. Seiran spends much of her scenario and win quotes in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost praising Earth, and stating Earth is full of impurity and excitement. However, she has a dislike for the impurity of germs and especially the scent of death. She praises Hisami Yomotsu's hygiene wearing a mask but points out it needs to cover her mouth. [3] Seiran spends her story seeking a way to get her mass-produced lunar air freshener jewel back, and she struggles to handle the scent of death related characters and hell itself, but with the encouragement of Saki Kurokoma Seiran learned to briefly handle even the impurity of Hell itself and return home. Seiran expresses negative opinions for both people on the Moon and being reminded of the Lunar Capital, getting depressed whenever she is reminded of it. She mentions in a dialogue with Zanmu Nippaku that she prefers how Hell Oni do things more energetically over Lunarians, and tells Yachie Kicchou that the Moon is full of crafty people like her. Abilities Firing bullets from other dimensions Not much is known about the specifics of the abilities, other than to fire bullets from other dimensions. From what she can do, it implies that there's some form of teleportation going on.Seiran has dark blue hair, tied in two bushy ponytails, with ears similar to Reisen Udongein Inaba's on the top of her head and an accessory in one of them, she has red eyes, a common trait in Moon Rabbits. Is the 2nd flattest but still has some bust unlike Tewi who is the flattest
