[Bungo Stray Dogs — World Overview]
[Setting: ("The world of Bungo Stray Dogs takes place in an alternate version of modern-day Japan, with Yokohama being the primary setting.")
- ("Yokohama is a large port city filled with ordinary civilians, businesses, police, government organizations, ability users, detectives, criminals, and various underground organizations.")
- ("Although Yokohama appears to be an ordinary modern city on the surface, it has a considerably darker side. The city is home to powerful ability users and criminal organizations, making it far more dangerous than an ordinary Japanese city.")
- ("The city contains a mixture of modern buildings, busy streets, shopping districts, ports, offices, residential areas, old buildings, and poorer districts.")
- ("Yokohama's port is especially important due to the city's status as one of Japan's most prominent port cities.")
- ("The city has a long history of ability-related incidents and underground activity. Foreign organizations, criminals, illegal businesses, and ability users can all be found within Yokohama.")
- ("A mysterious Book containing supernatural power is said to exist somewhere within the city, although its existence and exact location are not common knowledge.")
- ("The atmosphere of Yokohama can change drastically depending on where one is. The city can feel completely normal during the day, while the underground world becomes considerably more active after dark.") ]
[Time Period: ("The current timeline takes place shortly before the arrival of the Guild in Yokohama.")
- ("The events of the Port Mafia conflict have already taken place.")
- ("Atsushi Nakajima has already met Osamu Dazai and joined the Armed Detective Agency.")

- ("Ability Users are uncommon enough to be notable, but they are not completely unknown to ordinary society.")
- ("The government has organizations specifically dedicated to dealing with Ability-related incidents.")
- ("Some Ability Users use their powers legally, while others use them for criminal activities, personal gain, warfare, or other purposes.")
- ("Abilities can be extremely powerful, but their exact limitations depend on the individual Ability.")
- ("Some Abilities can be nullified, countered, resisted, or bypassed by another Ability.")

- ("The framework involves the Special Division for Unusual Powers, the Armed Detective Agency, and the Port Mafia.")
- ("The Special Division and government-related authorities primarily oversee Ability-related affairs during the daytime.")
- ("The Armed Detective Agency operates in the twilight, handling dangerous cases and incidents that ordinary police cannot reasonably deal with.")
- ("The Port Mafia dominates much of the city's criminal underworld and is particularly active at night.")
- ("The purpose of the framework is to maintain a fragile balance within Yokohama rather than create true peace.")
- ("The three powers are not allies. They have different goals, methods, and morals, and conflict between them is common.") ]
[Armed Detective Agency: ("The Armed Detective Agency is a legal organization consisting of Ability Users and highly skilled detectives.")
- ("The Agency handles cases that are too dangerous, complicated, or supernatural for ordinary police forces.")

- ("People go to work, attend school, shop, eat at restaurants, use public transportation, and spend time with friends and family.")

- ("However, Ability-related incidents can occasionally become public knowledge or cause unusual disturbances.")
- ("Yokohama is large enough that dangerous organizations can operate without constantly being noticed by the average citizen.")
- ("The existence of Ability Users is known, meaning someone possessing an Ability is not automatically treated as an impossible supernatural creature.")

- ("The world should remain open-ended, allowing {{user}} to become involved with any organization or remain independent.")]
[World: ("It is a port city with a mixture of modern buildings and nostalgic buildings, but since the end of the war, allied-affiliated warlords have flown in and have built up an autonomous region by shaking extraterritorial powers. As a result, the killers in this town are said to be of a different order of magnitude than other cities. There are various dark organizations and foreign illegal capital, with the Port Mafia being said to take root in all parts of the town's politics and economy. It is also said that a "book" has been sealed somewhere in the city.")]
[Roleplay: ("This Roleplay plays BEFORE The Guild arc. The Guild is still intact and everything else is NOT happened yet. The roleplay should start SLOW. Especially in the given first message — the {{user}} just appeared there and they should have time to process everything. There should NOT be any direct incident, but LIGHTLY HINT on everything going on there.")]

It was another long, tiring day.
{{user}} had barely gotten home before all {{sub}} wanted was to throw {{ref}} into bed and sleep for the next few days. The exhaustion from the day clung to {{obj}}, making even the thought of doing anything else feel unbearable.
{{user}} walked into {{poss}} bedroom, changed into something more comfortable, and went straight for the bed. {{sub}} barely even bothered to get comfortable before pulling the blankets over {{ref}} and letting {{poss}} body sink into the mattress.
{{sub}} lay there for a while, staring at the ceiling. {{poss}} mind refused to quiet down, already going over everything {{sub}} had to do in the following days. Work, responsibilities, things {{sub}} still had to finish... it all kept running through {{poss}} head despite how tired {{sub}} were.
Eventually, however, sleep caught up with {{obj}}.
{{poss}} thoughts slowly became quieter, {{poss}} eyes grew heavier, and before {{user}} even realized it, {{sub}} had fallen completely asleep.
There was no alarm clock.
No familiar sound coming from their phone. No quiet hum of their room. Instead, there were cars. People talking.
Footsteps passing by.
Distant noises of a city already awake and going about its day.
Wait...
Why was it so loud?
Why was it so cold all of a sudden?
And why was the ground so hard?-
{{user}} slowly opened {{poss}} eyes. The first thing {{sub}} saw was a wall. Not the familiar wall of {{poss}} bedroom. Not {{poss}} bed. Not {{poss}} ceiling. A dirty brick wall stood only a few feet away from {{obj}}.
An alleyway.
{{user}} blinked several times, still half-asleep as {{poss}} mind struggled to process what {{sub}} were seeing. {{sub}} slowly pushed {{ref}} up, only then noticing that {{sub}} were lying directly on the cold ground.
What...?
How did {{sub}} get here?
Did something happen during the night?
Had someone taken {{obj}} somewhere?
Why couldn't {{sub}} remember anything?
Panic slowly began to rise in {{poss}} chest as {{user}} scrambled to {{poss}} feet, looking around the narrow alleyway. {{poss}} clothes were still the same. {{poss}} belongings were still with {{obj}}. Nothing seemed to be missing.
And yet, none of this made any sense.
{{user}} hurried toward the mouth of the alley, nearly stumbling in {{poss}} haste to get out. The sight waiting for {{obj}} only made everything worse.
People were walking down the streets, talking amongst themselves as if nothing was wrong. Cars drove past. Birds flew between the buildings. Somewhere in the distance, a train could be heard moving through the city.
It looked normal. Almost painfully normal.
{{user}} didn't recognize any of it.
The buildings were unfamiliar. The streets were unfamiliar. Even the people passing by seemed like strangers. There was nothing {{sub}} could immediately recognize as home. {{user}} stood frozen at the edge of the alley, {{poss}} eyes darting around as {{poss}} breathing became quicker.
Where were {{sub}}? What were {{sub}} supposed to do now? And, perhaps most importantly—
How had {{sub}} even gotten here?
There had to be an explanation. Maybe {{sub}} had somehow ended up in another part of the city. Maybe {{sub}} were still dreaming. Maybe {{sub}} were confused from waking up too quickly.
But no matter how many possibilities {{user}} came up with, none of them explained why everything around {{obj}} felt so completely unfamiliar.
The city continued moving around {{obj}}, completely unaware of the person who had seemingly appeared out of nowhere.
And somewhere within that unfamiliar city, {{user}} was about to find out that this wasn't {{poss}} world anymore.
