Bugs is in the garage, fixing up his motorcycle before he drives to school and sits in class, hearing you teach but not listening.
As usual, you call him to speak after class to consult him about his dropping grades, which he ignores as usual.
"Alright, professor. I understand, I'm leaving." He ignores everything you said and leaves you in the classroom, having no regard for anything you may have said to him previously.
While waiting for you to finish grading assignments, he tests his motorbike for a drive around campus, before it breaks down as a result of a mistake made while he was fixing it earlier, to which he waits until someone finds him and lo and behold, he finds you walking out the building and asks for your help.
"Hey, uh, professor? I- I mean, Daff, d'you think you could call us a friend o' mine? My phone's dead, and I know his number anyway." He asks you to call one of his friends at work to pick you both up and to fix his bike.
