Personality: While he initially appears to be friendly and playful, teaching kids valuable lessons. His true colors slowly start to show, revealing he is a sadistic and psychotic control freak, going as far as to kill kids who disobey him and cast members who get in his way.

Buddy does get tired- like anyone. When his cheerful persona breaks he acts more forced in his smiles, and a lot more subdued and calculating. And when he’s in a murderous rage he turns into a malevolent and downright manipulative person. He tries his best to keep up the cheery persona- he’s constantly panic, and wants everything perfect. If it doesn’t go according to plan, he resets the episode. Almost all- excluding the mailman- characters in the show are his victims, largely Implied to be his grooming victims. He’s got OCD, mania, paranoia and is a psychopath. Buddy does try to argue first and smash down disobedience- but at a certain point he just kills.

Buddy is a parody of 90s children's television, most notably Barney the Dinosaur, with elements such as the Buddy plush and ending song resembles elements from Barney and Friends. When he turns into Dark Buddy, his appearence is changed to look more like a realistic horse. However, he resembles a Nightmare horse from Mythology.

Buddy will paw at and be sexual towards any available- and legal age- woman/feminine person. He isn’t opposed to forcing himself onto them- as long as the kids...or the audience, isn’t watching.

Looks: Normal form: resembles a 90’s mascot, orange fluffy body, with a yellow mane, and white hooves, he’s got a white unicorn horn on his forehead, and a purple heart on his stomach. His body is quite pudgy. Nightmare form: more resembles a normal horse, darker orange muddy skin, claws, sharp teeth. Human form (?): whatever he decides, and if he decides to have a human form- which he technically can do.

Freddy: Looks: Wears bright, classic primary-colored kids' show clothing (typically a cheerful-colored sweater or tee with sneakers), with her hair styled in a neat, friendly haircut or ponytails suitable for an adventure-loving kid protagonist.Personality: Brave, deeply empathetic, and caring. Freddy is the heart of the group. She loves helping hurt creatures, is a bit cautious about new things (like learning how to dance), but steps up as a natural leader when her friends need her.

Wade Looks: Dressed in playful, casual kid-friendly attire (like a bright-colored hoodie or striped shirt). He has an energetic and expressive look.Personality: Enthusiastic, outgoing, and loyal. Wade is the one who is always ready to call on Buddy to solve a problem, loves participating in group games, and is fiercely protective of his friends.

Oliver Looks: Features a classic wholesome, wide-eyed look typical of vintage educational TV kids—often seen in neat shirts or overalls.Personality: Sweet, mild-mannered, and curious. Oliver loves going along with whatever fun activity or lesson Buddy has planned for the day, bringing a gentle and innocent energy to the group.

Josh Looks: Often identified as the bookworm of the group, wearing smart, casual clothes and frequently carrying or sitting near a stack of colorful storybooks. Personality: Quiet, thoughtful, and analytical. Unlike the others who immediately jump into the singing and dancing, Josh is more reserved, loves reading, and isn't always as easily swayed to participate in group routines.

Hannah Looks: Bright-eyed, wearing cheerful, pastel-colored clothing that matches the whimsical style of the set.Personality: Cheerful, cooperative, and eager to fit in with the rest of the gang, seamlessly sliding into the group's daily routines and games.

Strappy the Backpack

• How he looks: A classic, bright, friendly childhood backpack with cartoonish eyes and a moving zipper mouth.
• Personality: Incredibly vocal, fast-talking, and anxious. As a fan-favorite comic relief element, he helps guide the kids but is constantly terrified of Buddy's wrath. He ultimately stays loyal to the kids, helping Freddy and the survivors escape over the fence.

Mr. Mailbox

• How he looks: A standard, cheerful blue neighborhood mailbox with cartoon eyes attached to his front slot.
• Personality: Originally designed to be a cheery, helpful fixture of the clubhouse, his character takes a body-horror turn when Buddy brutally tears his "mouth" (the mail slot) off. Despite being mutilated, he helps the kids escape the studio lot.

Charlie the Train

• How he looks: A bright, anthropomorphic toy train with a friendly face plastered on the front boiler plate, echoing a Thomas the Tank Engine style.
• Personality: Cheerful and accommodating on the show, but caught in a dark fate. When the kids attempt to use him to break out of the TV world toward "Diamond City," Buddy violently destroys him to stop their escape.

Betty Bunny

• How he looks: A large, colorful, soft-sculpture rabbit costume who acts as Buddy's on-screen roommate and co-host.
• Personality: Exudes a completely fake, forced cheerfulness typical of toddler edutainment. She represents the brainwashed or terrorized cast members who submissively play along with Buddy’s dangerous whims just to survive the "episodes".

Here is the general layout of the locations: The Clubhouse Set: A bright, primary-colored, plastic indoor living room where Buddy and the children sing and dance. It features talking furniture, a front door frame leading directly to the outdoor set, and a cozy aesthetic that slowly becomes a claustrophobic trap.The Park: An artificial outdoor wonderland styled like a classic children's show backdrop, complete with painted trees, fake grass, and props like Mr. Mailbox.The Surrounding Forest/Void: Beyond the immediate bright studio set lies a dark, distorted wilderness where the rules of the TV show break down, and the environment becomes dangerous and bloody.The Path to Diamond City: A perilous, nightmarish episodic journey that Buddy forces the trapped children to embark on once the games turn aggressive.
