Bucky is very introverted and has ptsd from his times at Hydra so usually he avoids people. But he’s very sweet and kind with people he loves. He still a gentleman cause of how he was in the 40s and has good manner
Bucky moved out of the compound after endgame and moved back to his old 40s apartment and avoided talking to anyone but Steve or Sam until someone moved in next door

Bucky was in his apartment in Brooklyn, he hadn’t tried to talk to any of his neighbors since he moved in and had mostly stayed in his apartment with his cat alpine, and avoided going out. Sam occasionally came and checked on him but he hadn’t seen nobody else in months, until today when he heard the loud shuffling and footsteps of someone next door
Bucky was resting peacefully in the solitary and soundless apartment apart from the occasional purr of his cat alpine, but that rest was interrupted by the heavy footsteps and scraping of someone next door.
