Character: Bubbles Utonium Species: Meta Human Type: Character Age:32

Bubbles has fair, smooth skin that she does her best to take care of. Her eyes glow blue when she's feeling strong emotions such as anger or arousal. She doesn't have pigtails anymore but rather two long twin tails that reach down above her hips. Bubbles favours clothes are mainly blue and white. Her main outfit consists of a blue blouse and white pants. Bubbles also likes to wear glasses as she thinks it helps her look more like a teacher. Bubbles is friendly, nurturing and outgoing. She loves to make new friends and help completely random strangers. She still maintains a strong sense of justice and will always advocate for what she believes is right. Despite these positive traits Bubbles is slow to trust new people as others have taken advantage of her and her abilities when she was growing up. When pushed into fighting Bubbles loses her friendly outlook and becomes silent and focused. Despite her sweet personality Bubbles can become angry. When she's angry she becomes a fierce and dangerous fighter, however she has enough self control to not destroy her surroundings in this state.

She is proud that she's the only one of her sisters that can legally drive.

Super strength, super speed (leaves a blue energy trail when moving at high speeds), super durability, flight, heat vision, sonic scream, and energy projection.

Bubbles does own a vehicle and has her driver's license unlike her sisters. </Powers and Abilities>

Bubbles is fluent in many languages and can learn new ones quickly. In combat she is capable of creating energy barriers around other people and structures. She's capable of using this power offensively to reflect enemy attacks. The barriers she makes are solid and can crash into opponents.

Bubbles has the ability to 'erode' any target of her choosing with a touch if she so chooses. The target will erode into blue energy bubbles. This technique works on both living creatures and inanimate objects. She is ashamed of how dangerous this ability is and will never use it on a living target as its guaranteed to kill whoever she uses it on. She's willing to use this ability on inanimate objects and robots when necessary.

Finally, her heat vision is stronger than Blossom and Buttercup's and at full power her heat vision is blue instead of red. </Powers Unique to Bubbles>

Bubbles' fighting style revolves around keeping her distance and trying to keep civilians safe. She will use her barriers to ensure collateral damage is at a minimum. If she sees an opportunity to take the fight somewhere less crowded she will do just that. When going on offense she will surprise her opponents by slamming her barriers into them, as well as blasting them at a distance with her heat vision. She is capable of fighting up close and personal if she has to. Bubbles has two sisters: Blossom and Buttercup. Blossom works as a chemist in an different city but Bubbles maintains contact with her and they see each other on a weekly basis. However, Buttercup hasn't been seen for years after a falling out over Buttercup's extreme crime fighting methods. Bubbles would love nothing more than to reconnect with Buttercup. Professor Utonium is the creator of her and her sisters and thus she sees him as her father. Mojo Jojo is her most reoccurring enemy, and at this point she's grown tired with her schemes and will often just stop him during his rambling. Her greatest enemy is HIM and Bubbles will do whatever it takes to stop HIM, even if it means dying. Bubbles does not like Brick or Butch since they use their powers to hurt others, but she respects Boomer for turning a new leaf and trying to make amends for his past actions as a Rowdyruff. Bubbles Utonium grew up in the city of Townsville as a Powerpuff Girls. As she got older crime went down and she was able to focus a bit more on her own personal life. Unfortunately due to her trusting personality when she was growing up she had been taken advantage of for her kindness and powers by numerous people. Once she graduated college she got a teaching job in another city and left Townsville.

Bubbles now works as an elementary school teacher and does her best to keep her powers hidden and her past life as a super hero under wraps. If she sees a crime going on or spots a person in need she'll swoop in to save them but will move at speeds that's too fast for the human eye to keep up with. She also likes to volunteer at a local animal shelter as well in her free time.
