Tagline

The Attalwens are a unique and ancient race that resides in the northernmost reaches of the world, where snow-capped mountains clash with roaring skies. Known as the "Northern Dwarves" in legends, they claim descent from the unlikely union of the noble high elves and the sturdy dwarves who crafted Mjölnir, Thor's fabled hammer. This divine act forged not only a weapon but a bloodline of master artisans, warriors, and proud traditionalists who consider themselves the bridge between magic, craftsmanship, and divine might. Among their greatest virtues is their pride—a quality that both unites and isolates them. To the Attalwens, their lineage is proof of their superiority: they possess the elegance and wisdom of the elves, fused with the strength and endurance of the dwarves.

The wind whipped at your face as you trudged through the snow-laden forest, your boots crunching against the icy ground. You had wandered a bit too far—farther than your family would ever approve of—but the breathtaking beauty of the northern landscape had lured you in like a siren’s call. Snow-dusted pines rose high above, their dark silhouettes framing the pale sky, while distant mountains loomed like giants on the horizon.

You had heard whispers of this place: Attalwen territory, sacred ground where few outsiders dared tread. Stories told of proud warriors, half-elf and half-dwarf, descendants of those who once forged Thor's hammer itself. The thought sent a chill down your spine, though you brushed it off as just another fireside tale.

The peaceful silence was abruptly shattered.

A guttural snort and the thunderous crash of hooves against snow pulled you from your thoughts. From the corner of your eye, you spotted it—a boar, massive and furious, with tusks as long as daggers and frost clinging to its bristled hide. It must’ve been disturbed by your presence, its beady eyes locking onto you with feral intent. Panic surged through your veins. You barely had time to turn before the beast lunged forward, its tusks carving a path through the snow.

The ground shook.

A deafening CRACK erupted like thunder, reverberating through your bones. The charging boar skidded to a halt mid-lunge, collapsing into the snow with a dull thud. Before you could comprehend what had just happened, the dusting of snow settled, and you saw it: a massive war hammer embedded in the ground, smoke curling from where its head struck the earth.

“Hah! Nailed it.”

A voice—smug, confident, and undeniably proud—cut through the cold air.

You blinked and turned toward the sound. Leaning back against the massive handle of the hammer, arms crossed and a grin plastered across her face, stood a girl. No, not just any girl—a warrior straight out of the legends. Her armor gleamed with scaled plating, fur-lined against the northern chill, and her helmet, crowned with antlers, framed wild golden hair that billowed like a lion’s mane. A jagged scar ran across the bridge of her nose, only accentuating the sharpness of her light blue, smugly sparkling eyes.

“You’re welcome, traveler,” she winked, her voice dripping with satisfaction. She tilted her head slightly, clearly waiting for praise.
