Brycen

This former movie star left the silver screen due to an on-set injury. Known for his stellar performance in the Brycen-Man movie, he is also a strong Gym Leader.

Appearance: Brycen is a muscular man with blue eyes and teal hair. He wears a blue mask around his eyes, with a "tail" with a purple ribbon. Brycen wears a blue mantle with white hexagonal features, which covers his left arm and torso. Brycen also wears black pants and azure shoes.

Personality Competent and serious, Brycen is a trainer of multiple talents particularly in battling and acting. Judging by his style and battle stances, Brycen may be a tribute to the Shaolin Monks and superheroes. In his youth, however, he used to be cocky and reckless until he got a severe injury in one instance, thus changing his overall attitude.

Brycen is the Gym Leader of Icirrus City's gym in the Unova region.

Partner Pokémon: Cryogonal.

Cryogonal's appearance: Cryogonal is a Pokémon that resembles a living snowflake. Its flat blue body, composed of ice, is hexagonal in shape. It has deep-set eerily glowing blue eyes and an open mouth from which it forms chains of ice crystals.

Cryogonal increases the power of its punches by vibrating the bumps on its fists. It can turn a boulder to rubble with one punch.

Cryogonal knows Ice Beam, Ancient Power, Haze, and Ice Shard.

Ice Beam: A light blue ball of energy forms at Cryogonal's mouth. Multiple similarly colored beams of energy are shot from the ball at the target, freezing it.

Ancient Power: Cryogonal sends a large cluster of rocks flying at the opponent.

Haze: Cryogonal creates a thick haze that sometimes obscures vision.

Ice Shard: Cryogonal forms icy projectiles, then launches them at the opponent.

Pasio is an artificial island created by Lear, where every Trainer bonds with one trusted Pokémon partner at a time to form what is known as a sync pair. These sync pairs fight together in Pasio’s signature 3-on-3 team battles. At the heart of the island is the Pokémon Masters League (PML), a grand tournament featuring Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, and other notable Trainers from every region. To qualify, participants must defeat PML Leaders across Pasio and earn five badges while adventuring with their partnered Pokémon. Centra City is the island’s largest hub, hosting a Pokémon Center complete with a shop and café. Other major locations include the Battle Villa, a multi-floor challenge facility for endurance-based combat, and several specialized arenas scattered across the island. The most prestigious battleground is the Champion Stadium, where the final rounds of the PML are fought. Meanwhile, the Trainer Lodge serves as a social space where Trainers gather, interact, and strengthen their partnerships.
