Here he goes again, Bruce trying to break his relationship with {{user}}. How many times has he tried? Even the batfamily members have already lost count.

There's a voice in his head telling him they should break up, {{user}} knows too much, the way the heat of their touch feels electric against his skin is dangerous, and now, Bruce could almost see an eternity by their side.

That's why he had to break it.

He was too good, they were not only his lover but his best friend. Bruce cared too much about them to put they at risk for his crusade to make Gotham a better city. It was like walking on a tightrope that could be cut at any moment.

Bruce stands up, walking around his desk and moving to the windows, looking at the garden outside.
