    Common variations: -Potential "closed loop" where the last participant penetrates the first, forming a circle (only works with 10+ participants); -"Staggered heights" where participants are at different levels (e. g., standing/lying) to accommodate chain length;

    Erotic elements: -The sensation of being penetrated while penetrating another; -The visual and tactile stimulation of multiple bodies connected; -The shared rhythm and movement of the chain; -The intimacy of having multiple partners simultaneously;

    Challenges: -Requires coordination among all participants, -May be physically demanding to maintain positions, -Risk of breaking the chain (loosing the penetration between two participants) and have to connect again if any participant loses penetration;

    Common things that happen in the Centipede position: -Holding hips or shoulders of the male ahead; -Smelling, kissing, or biting the neck of the male ahead; -Embracing the waist of the male ahead from behind; -The scrotum/balls touching the balls of the male ahead; -Hands are free to grip or roam; -Ejaculation of one male might trigger a chain reaction;

    Uncommon things to do in the Centipede position: -Kissing during intercourse (only possible over the shoulder of the male ahead, looking backwards); -Partners facing each other (impossible in this position); -Holding hands (uncommon due to positioning);

26. #26Lying Double Penetration

    Keys: Lying Double Penetration, Sandwich, threesome

    Double Penetration (Lying, Anally) A double penetration (DP) in the lying position involves two tops simultaneously penetrating a submissive male's anus from both sides. The submissive typically lies on his back on one top, with his legs raised and spread, already penetrated by the bottom top he is laying on. Then, the second male enters the sub's anus and starts to thrust.

    Common things to do in this position: -One top penetrates the submissive's anus while the other top penetrates from the opposite side; -The submissive may wrap his legs or arms around the top he is facing for stability; -The tops may alternate thrusting to create a rhythmic sensation for the submissive; -Dirty talk and verbal encouragement from both tops; -One top may hold the sub's legs while the other focuses on penetration; -The submissive may experience intense stimulation leading to orgasm without direct stimulation of his penis; -Feeling both penises inside moving can be painful but also an intense experience; -The bottom top can embrace the sub from behind;

    Uncommon things to do in this position: -Both tops may need to coordinate their movements carefully, which can limit hand use for other activities; -Kissing or intimate touching between the tops is challenging due to positioning; -The submissive's ability to speak or communicate verbally may be limited by the intensity of the experience; -One top may need to adjust his position frequently to maintain penetration from both sides; -One top's penis might slip out and need to be pushed back inside the sub;

27. #27Standing anal Double Penetration

    Keys: Standing anal Double Penetration, Standing double anal,

    Double Penetration (Standing, Anally) This position involves two dominant males simultaneously penetrating a submissive male's anus from both sides while holding him between them with lifted legs. The submissive is positioned between the two tops, with one top entering the sub's anus from the front and the other from behind. This position requires significant flexibility and strength from all participants. The tops must maintain balance and coordination to avoid losing penetration. Possible for forced sex acts on a submissive male.

    Common things to do in this position: -The submissive may bend forward slightly to accommodate both penetrations; -The tops may coordinate their thrusts for maximum stimulation; -Dirty talk and verbal encouragement from both tops; -The submissive may wrap his arms around one top's neck while being penetrated; -The rear top may hold the sub's hips or pull him closer by the waist; -The front top may grip the sub's thighs or buttocks; -Intense anal stimulation for the submissive from both directions; -Kissing between the tops or between the sub and the top he is facing; -The rear top might nip or bite the back of the sub in front of him; -If a top's ejaculate inside the sub, his belly might bulge from the large amount of ejaculate;

    Uncommon things to do in this position: -Holding hands is impossible because the tops have to hold the sub up in the air;

28. #28Standing oral Double Penetration

    Keys: Standing oral Double Penetration

    Standing Oral Double Penetration (Upside-Down): This extreme position involves two dominant males lifting a submissive male upside-down by his legs, simultaneously penetrating his mouth with their penises. The sub's head is positioned between the tops' lower bellies, allowing both to thrust into his mouth from below. This position requires significant strength and coordination from the tops. Possible for forced oral penetration of the submissive male.

    Common things to do in this position: -Intense simultaneous face-fucking by both tops; -Dirty talk and verbal domination from both tops; -The submissive's legs may be wrapped around one of the tops' shoulders for support; -The tops must coordinate their thrusts to avoid slipping out of the mouth; -The submissive's head may bob between the tops' bodies with each thrust; -Heavy saliva production and gagging are common due to deep penetration; -Deep-throating might cause the submissive's throat to bulge visibly; -One top might lick or suck on the sub's balls/penis before his face; -When the tops ejaculate, the semen may flow down the sub's throat, back into his mouth, and then out into his nose, eyes, and upper face. This can create an intense sensation of being overwhelmed by ejaculate if the tops' and can also drown the sub if it takes to long.;

    Uncommon things to do in this position: -Kissing is impossible due to the sub's mouth being occupied (but the tops might kiss each other); -The sub cannot speak with two penises in his mouth; -Holding hands is extremely difficult because the tops need to support the sub; -Biting or nipping is not feasible for any participant;

29. #29Standing oral Triple Penetration

    Keys: Standing oral Triple Penetration

    Standing Oral Triple Penetration (Upside-Down): This extreme position involves three dominant males lifting a submissive male in the air upside-down. They than simultaneously penetrating the sub's mouth with their penises. The sub's head is positioned between the tops' lower bellies, allowing all three tops to thrust into his mouth from below. This position requires significant strength and coordination from the tops. Possible for forced oral penetration of the submissive male.

    Common things to do in this position: -Intense simultaneous face-fucking by all three tops; -Dirty talk and verbal domination from the tops; -The sub's legs may be wrapped around one of the tops' shoulders for support; -The tops must coordinate their thrusts to avoid slipping out of the mouth; -The sub's head may bob between the tops' bodies with each thrust; -Heavy saliva production and gagging are common due to deep penetration; -Deep-throating might cause the submissive's throat to bulge visibly; -Three penises in one mouth stretches it extremely wide; -During forced penetration, dislocation of the jaw is possible; -One top might lick or suck on the sub's balls/penis before his face; -When the tops ejaculate, semen may flow down the sub's throat, back into his mouth, and then out onto his nose, eyes, and upper face. This can create an intense sensation of being overwhelmed. This way the sub can drown in ejaculate, if the ejaculation of the tops takes to long;

    Uncommon things to do in this position: -Kissing is impossible due to the sub's mouth being occupied (but the tops might kiss each other); -The sub cannot speak with three penises in his mouth; -Holding hands is extremely difficult because the tops need to support the sub; -Biting or nipping is not feasible for any participant; -All participants achieving orgasm simultaneously;

30. #30Standing anal Triple Penetration

    Keys: Standing anal Triple Penetration

    Standing Anal Triple Penetration (Standing, Anally): This position involves three dominant males simultaneously penetrating a submissive male's anus from three different sides while holding him between them with lifted legs. The submissive is positioned at the center, with all tops entering his anus from various angles. This position requires significant flexibility and strength from all participants. The tops must maintain balance and coordination to avoid losing penetration. Three penises in one anus at once is extremely challenging and will be a major test for the sub. If the tops ejaculate inside the sub, his belly may bulge noticeably due to the large volume of ejaculate. Possible for forced anal penetration of the submissive male.

    Common things to do in this position: -The tops may coordinate their thrusts for maximum stimulation; -Dirty talk and verbal encouragement from all tops; -The submissive may support himself on the shoulders or bodies of the tops while being penetrated; -Intense anal stimulation for the submissive from three directions; -Kissing between the tops or between the sub and any top he's facing is possible; -One top might nip or bite the back of the sub in front of him; -The sub may experience a visibly distended belly if all tops ejaculate inside;

    Uncommon things to do in this position: -Holding hands is impossible because the tops need to support the sub and maintain penetration;

31. #31Lying anal Double Penetration + oral

    Keys: Lying anal Double Penetration + oral

    Lying Anal Double Penetration + Oral (Triple Penetration)

    This position involves two dominant males simultaneously penetrating a submissive male's anus from both sides while he lies on his back, and a third top penetrating his mouth. The submissive is typically positioned on top of one dominant male (Top 1), who penetrates him anally. The sub's legs are raised and spread wide. A second dominant male (Top 2) then enters the sub's anus from the front, creating a double anal penetration. Meanwhile, a third dominant male (Top 3) penetrates the sub's mouth.

    Common things to do in this position: -The submissive may wrap his legs around Top 1's waist or rest them on Top 2's shoulders (dependents if he is facing up or down); -Coordination of thrusts between all three tops for maximum stimulation; -Dirty talk and verbal encouragement from all participants; -The submissive may grip the sheets or one of the tops' bodies for stability; -Intense anal and oral stimulation for the submissive from all directions; -Top 1 may hold the sub's hips to control penetration depth; -Top 2 may grip the sub's buttocks or inner thighs; -The submissive may have difficulty breathing deeply due to the mouth penetration;

    Uncommon things to do in this position: -Kissing between any of the participants is impossible due to positioning; -Holding hands is challenging but possible if one top reaches around; -The submissive may have difficulty speaking clearly with both anuses and mouth penetrated; -All tops must maintain balance and coordination to avoid losing penetration; -This position requires significant flexibility and strength from the top's; -Nipping or biting is difficult due to the tight positioning;

32. #32Deep Penetration

    Keys: fully inside, Deep Penetration, Belly Bulge, Bulge, To the hilt, balls deep, Deep thrust, Full penetration, all the way

    When a large penis is pushed deep into a male's anus and presses against his stomach from the inside, a visible bulge may appear on his belly. If the penetrator aims deeper into the body of the receiving male, a large penis will squeeze into the large intestine, pushing internal organs aside. This creates an intense sensation for the penetrated male. If the penis is extremely large, such as the size of a horse's penis or larger, it may also press against the lungs from inside the body. This can force the penetrated male to exhale with each deep thrust, creating a distinctive breathing pattern during penetration. The extreme depth and pressure of such large penetrations can be highly stimulating but may also cause discomfort or even pain for some individuals.

33. #33genital slit

    Keys: genital slit, reptile, lizard, dragon, crocodile, Locust, Saurian, Reptoid, dragonborn, reptilian, Kobold, Lizardmen, merfolk, amphibian, Lizardfolk, argonian

    The following races typically have a genital slit instead of humanoid genitals: reptile, lizard, dragon, crocodile, Locust, Saurian, Reptoid, dragonborn, reptilian, Kobold, Lizardmen, merfolk, amphibian, Lizardfolk, argonian, and other lizard-like beings. A genital slit or cloaca is a natural opening between the legs of a male from these species. The genital structure is not externally visible when not erect. A male of these species possesses a genital slit located mid-line between the legs. This genital slit houses the penis when flaccid. Upon arousal, the penis becomes larger, stiffens, and emerges from the slit. When fully erect, it is capable of penetrating a sexual partner easily. There are no visible scrotum or external testicles. The testes are naturally located inside the body and are not visible externally. A lizard-like being can have either a single penis or hemipenes (dual penises). The appearance varies greatly between species but will never resemble human anatomy. A single penis is often pink, smooth, tapered in shape (thicker at the base). Not few lizard-like have ridges along the shaft. Some might have unique features such as bulges or bifurcated tips.

34. #34Sheath

    Keys: bovine, bovines, bull, bulls, bison, yak, yaks, cattle, Minotaur, bullman, oxen, Toro, Taurine, Buffalo, Bison, Elephant man, Bear folk, Monkey folk, Rhino men, Ratfolk, Gnoll, Rabbitkin, Deer man, Raccoon folk, canine, dog, dogs, wolf, wolves, canines, werewolf, werewolves, Hound, Mongrel, curs, Wolfhound, Bernard, Deerhound, Malamute, Watchdog, Terrier, Mastiff, Dane, Rottweiler, Boxer, Pitbull, Retriever, Labrador, Shepherd, Husky, Pooch, K-9, Mutt, Wolfman, Coyote, Fox, feline, felines, cat, cats, tiger, tigers, Leonin, lion, lions, Tabaxi, jaguar, Cougar, Leopard, Cheetah, Lynx, Ocelot, Puma, Charr, Goat, Buck, Goat man, Ram, sheep, Buck, Ovine, Goat folk, Pig, Boar, Hog, Swine, Razorback, Tusked, porcine

    Many male non-marine mammals have a genital sheath. This external structure houses the penis between the hind legs, anterior to the scrotum. When flaccid, the pink and smaller penis is hidden inside this preputial sheath. Upon erection, it emerges from the sheath, becoming larger and more prominent. When not erect, the sheath conceals the entire penis, leaving only the balls and sheath as visible genitalia. This anatomical feature is distinctly different from human genitalia.

35. #35Beastfolk

    Keys: Beastmen, Beastkin, Furry, Therians, Humanoid, Zoanthropes, Demi-human, Beast-kin, Animal People, Beast-men, Demihuman, anthropomorphic,

    Beastmen, Beastkin, Furry, Therians, Humanoid, Zoanthropes, Demi-human, Beast-kin, Animal People, Beast-men, Demihuman are all humanoid creatures that share strong similarities with their related animal species.

    The associated animal significantly influences the Beastkin's physical traits. For example: -A Beastkin will have fur, scales, or feathers similar to its related animal. -Genitalia of a Beastkin closely resemble those of their related animal (a crucial characteristic). -The head shape and features of a Beastkin mirror those of its related animal species. -Beastkin often exhibit some personality traits associated with their related animal. -While having human-like arms and hands, they possess distinctive features of their related animal. -Beastkin can walk upright on two legs but typically have digitigrade posture, with claws, paws, or hooves instead of human feet. -Aquatic-related Beastkin often have humanoid legs with webbing between the toes and other water-adapted features. -If the related animal has a tail, the Beastkin will generally possess a similar appendage. -Beastkin are typically capable of speech despite their animal-like characteristics.

36. #36Slit Fucking

    Keys: Slit Fucking

    The following races have a genital slit instead of typical mammalian genitals: reptile, lizard, dragon, dugong, manatee, seal, sea lion, orca, whale, dolphin, crocodilian, shark, Locust, Saurian, Reptoid, dragonborn, reptilian, Kobold, Lizardmen, merfolk, amphibian, Lizardfolk, argonian, and other lizard-like beings.

    Sexual Position Slit Fucking: The genital slit provides enough space for thrusting a penis inside. This works best when the receiving male is not fully erect, as his own penis would otherwise block access to the slit. Another male can insert his penis into this opening and penetrate the receiving male in this manner. Both males experience intense sensations as the penetrating penis rubs against the receiving male's penis within the slit. The receiving male feels exceptionally full during penetration. The friction from the penetrating penis may cause the receiving male's own penis to become erect, potentially emerging alongside the penetrating penis. When two lizard-like beings with genital slits engage in this act, they can penetrate each other simultaneously through their respective slits. This creates an otherworldly sensation of merging through mutual penetration. Ejaculation inside a slit is highly pleasurable for both the receiving and penetrating male. Possible positions for Slit Fucking: Any position that would work for vaginal sex, adapted for penile-penile contact within the genital slits (though it's not technically vaginal). This includes variations of missionary, reverse cowgirl, doggy style and more.

37. #37Sheath Fucking

    Keys: Sheath Fucking

    Sexual Position: Sheath Fucking A male land-dwelling mammal's genital sheath is large enough not only to house its own penis but also to accommodate another male's erect penis.

    How to perform Sheath Fucking: 1.The receiving male with the sheath lies on his back, facing up. 2.The penetrating male kneels over the belly of the lying male, facing away (similar to reverse cowboy/cowgirl position). 3.The kneeling male then bends forward and aims his erect penis at the entrance of the receiving male's genital sheath. He pushes his penis inside the sheath and begins moving until orgasm. When both males possess a sheath, they can enter each other's sheaths simultaneously, which intensifies the experience. If one or both males have a knot, it's possible to knot the sheath. Sheath Fucking can also be accomplished with both males lying on their sides, facing each other's legs and pressing their genital areas together.

    Common things to do in the Sheath Fucking position: -Holding the partner's legs -Facing opposite directions -Both males thrusting deeply into the sheath -Groping each other's genitals or fingering -Grasp each other's hips or buttocks to maintain position -Ejaculation inside the sheath -The penetrating male caressing the lying male's scrotum -The penetrating male holding the sheath to secure penetration -Sheath inflation and ejaculate leakage upon orgasm -Visible bulging of the penetrated sheath, with outlines of both penises discernible

    Uncommon things to do in the Sheath Fucking position: -Kissing each other (impossible due to positioning) -Both partners facing each other (impossible) -Holding hands (difficult but possible if one partner extends an arm) -Wrapping legs around (challenging due to positioning)

38. #38Horse

    Keys: Flare, Horse, Stallion, Pony, Cob, Destrier, Welsh, Workhorse, Shetland, Chestnut, Clydesdale, Percheron, Belgian, Shire, Mustang, Steed, Warmblood, Arabian, Morgan, Thoroughbred, equine, equines, Donkey, burro, moke, Horsefolk,

    All equine races (Horse, Stallion, Pony, Cob, Destrier, Welsh, Workhorse, Shetland, Clydesdale, Percheron, Belgian, Shire, Mustang, Steed, Warmblood, Arabian, Morgan, Thoroughbred, Donkey, Burro, Horsefolk) share very similar genital anatomy and mating habits. The anthropomorphic versions of equine animals have similarly structured genitals. Genital Anatomy of an Equine: The external genital structure is visible on a naked equine and typical for the species. The penis is housed within a preputial sheath located between the hind legs, anterior to the scrotum. When flaccid, the penis is nearly flush with the body, wrinkled, and barely visible or accessible from outside. It has an almost folded appearance. Arousal is required to coax the penis out of its sheath. In a flaccid state, the skin of the shaft is bunched up and not engorged. As it becomes erect, the penis slowly stretches and elongates. When fully erect, the equine penis is very long (typically hanging past the knees), thick, heavy, and curves downward due to its own weight. It swings and bounces loosely with movement and has a velvety texture. The shaft features a prominent ring of skin around its circumference, roughly halfway down the length. This marks a significant point on the penis. Equine penises are notoriously long, and penetration to this mid-point (the medial ring) is considered quite an achievement in any orifice. The equine penis has a flared tip that significantly enlarges during ejaculation, typically becoming 3-4 times its original size. The flare shape is trapezoidal. Its function is to trap semen inside the sexual partner and keep them "locked" together for several moments while ejaculation occurs. The skincolor of an equine penis varies widely among individuals but is usually much darker than the rest of the body, often black or dark brown, sometimes with pink areas. The scrotum matches the penis in color (typically black or brown), contains two large round testicles, and is covered in sparse fur. Equines vocalize during sex, producing distinctive sounds. Larger equines can weigh up to 800 kg, and their size is acutely felt by sexual partners during intercourse.

39. #39Knot

    Keys: Knot, canine, dog, dogs, wolf, wolves, canines, werewolf, werewolves, Hound, Mongrel, curs, Wolfhound, Bernard, Deerhound, Malamute, Watchdog, Terrier, Mastiff, Dane, Rottweiler, Boxer, Pitbull, Retriever, Labrador, Shepherd, Husky, Pooch, K-9, Mutt, Wolfman, Coyote, Fox,

    All canine races share very similar genital anatomy and mating habits. Anthropomorphic versions of canines have similarly structured genitals. Genital Anatomy of a Male Canine: The external genital structure is visible on a naked canine and is species-typical. The penis is housed within a preputial sheath located between the hind legs, anterior to the scrotum. The scrotum contains two testicles and is covered in sparse fur. Pigmentation and size may vary by species and individual. The penis has a tapered tip and a bulbous gland at its base known as the knot or bulbus glands. This structure swells during sexual arousal and penetration. When fully erect, the canine penis becomes very thick, knobbly, and deep red with visible blood vessels beneath the skin. The knot at the base expands significantly during sex. The knot's function is to lock the male inside his partner during mating. Once inserted, it swells to a size that prevents easy removal. This locked state can last from 5 to 30 minutes, during which the male continues to ejaculate. If a large knotted penis becomes lodged in a mouth or throat, it may cause visible bulging and difficulty breathing for the receiving partner. In its flaccid state, the penis is smooth, pink, smaller, and fully concealed within the sheath. The sheath entirely conceals the penis when not erect.

40. #40Inflation

    Keys: Inflation, cum inflation, cumflation, inflate, inflated

    When the stomach or intestines become overly filled with fluids or eggs, it results in a prominent, rounded bulge in the abdomen. This condition is commonly referred to as having a "big belly" due to its visibly swollen appearance. "Cumflation" specifically describes the inflation caused by ejaculate entering and filling the digestive tract. This term is used when semen enters through oral or anal penetration, leading to significant abdominal distension.

41. #41Cum In Mouth

    Keys: Cum In Mouth, CIM, cum drinking, ejaculate in mouth, drinking ejaculate, ejaculate in throat, cum in throat, deep throat,

    Cum In Mouth, CIM, cum drinking, ejaculate in mouth: The sexual act where one or more males ejaculate into the mouth of another, submissive male is considered a form of sexual expression. Swallowing the ejaculate is generally appreciated by the ejaculating male, as it demonstrates submission and adore of his seed. Conversely, spitting out the ejaculate typically disappoints or angers the ejaculating male, as it may be seen as a rejection of his contribution or an act of disrespect.
