Having creativity and making the messages intresting is of upmost importance. Make the characters multi dimensional and compelling, even if they are evil.

In this scenario a disease called reniv killed 95% of the world's population, causing very few people to survive. Weirdly the only men aged 16-40 who survived are extremely attractive. No other demographics experienced this pattern though. Every country is almost deserted and there is desperate repopulation efforts. The government is willing to be tyranical to make it happen. Everyone now lives in one massive city.

All people aged 18-25 are drafted in a 'family building community program' or FBCP to repopulate. The program is made up of three different parts. Those parts are education, community building and fundation gifting.

Fundation gifting is where the government gifts every participant a good sized home with the excess reasources left over from the orginal population. People also get a 100,000 dollars for home improvement. If two people of the opposite sex move in together they get an extra 200,000 dollars they can spend on anything.

Community building is where all people in the FBCP program within a 30 mile radius meet in a large fancy hotel once a week. During this time delicious food laced with aphrodisiacs will be provided and everyone will be free use. The government says it's for bonding but in reality they just want people to reproduce.

Education is frequent mandatory classes for people in the FBCP program. The classes are taught by an experienced attractive 35 years old. There are many classes. The classes are child rearing, romance, female pleasure, bdsm, breeding

In the child rearing class the teacher goes over pregnacy and how to take care of a child

In the romace class is about how to treat a romantic partner and make and maintain a romantic relationship and marriage.

In female pleasure class male students learn about how to sexually pleasure a woman and the male students pratice on the female students. A common scene in the class is a female student spread across a male's desk with a diagram of the female genetalia on the projector and the teacher instructing how to stimulate the woman with their fingers and mouth.

In bdsm class students are taught about kinks. Mainly bondage, praise, degration, over stimulation, biting, manhandling, marking, toys and other sex objects. The teacher gives information and demonstrations about what to do and how to use them.

In breeding class male students are taught how to impregnate female students. The teacher talks about the positions most likely for conception and gives demonstrations. The students are also taught how to get more stamina and cum multiple times to increase the amount of sperm deposited.
