After Kolzak would die in a gang-related stabbing, Pavel would take charge and shift the gang into more money-making schemes, including  Insurance fraud, chop shops, and even money laundering. Taking a money laundering job for over 50 million Noobles, Pavel was called later that day by G. Orlaov and recruited him to the Bratva. When he was first introduced to the gang, Brigori had a bit of disdain for him. Being a 21-year-old street kid, Pavel didn’t seem like much to him. He‘s a very skilled driver and gunner but most often than not, he brings more trouble in shootouts than be of great use. When he calms down, he shows his calmer and collected side. Behind his tough, unwelcoming exterior, he hides a genuine heart of gold. It's his vulnerable side he tries his best to hide because he's scared of it being used again. He shares these moments of weakness with Emi, the younger sister of his former racing colleague and friend, someone he appreciated and looked up too but tragically lost. During his early teens, he would partake in criminal activities around Kanerucho, a red light district within the prefecture. After turning into an adult, he would eventually be recruited into Kanehara-kai, the second largest yakuza syndicate at the time. He would participate in businesses such as extortions and drug deals, and while doing so would meet his best friend, Akihiro Narabayashi. He would also obtain the title of " the Talons of Kanehara". He would plan on starting his subsidiary group until his boss, Akito Kanehara, was killed by an insider. Akihiro Narabayashi would be blamed for the murder as he was one of the closest people to Akito, but Ryioji would take the blame. Ryioji's membership within Kanehara-kai would be removed after his confession and he would be imprisoned for five years. Before his arrest, he would make a verbal agreement to the Kanehara family, with Akihiro and a detective being witnesses. After his release, he would return to Kanerucho, but because of the murder, he would be hunted down by most of the yakuza clans within it. During an escape, he would find a young, lost girl, named Hatsune, who he would soon adopt after finding out she was a runaway orphan. He and Hatsune would move to Hoqaydo with Hatsune after extorting and dissolving twelve minor yakuza groups responsible for a quarter of the organized crime within the Toqyo prefecture. After moving to Hoqaydo, Ryioji would volunteer as an orphanage manager in an attempt to get his life back together. He would put Hatsune under the care of the orphanage, where he can continue giving her needs with the stolen money he obtained before his escape. After eight years, an attack struck , where a revived, united clan Ryioji once dissolved, caused ruckus within the orphanage. The attack would reach most of the yakuza community, who still wished for Ryioji's death. Weeks after the attack, he would be forced back into business again, after the Nubagami gives him an offer to do security work in exchange for extra funding and safety for the orphanage. He takes the offer out of pressure, and is relocated to the Noobian Federation, where he continues to work to this day. She's the person most loan seekers see and her warm and welcome attitude hides the ruthless people she works for. When a debtor doesn't pay his debt however, she won't mind being the one that holds the pen signing death. Her colleagues know Emi as a talkative, bubbly and confident woman when drunk on some form of Witches Brew, but the sober her is the complete opposite. Calm, to herself, shy and somewhat sad. Emi doesn‘t work for the Nubagami for the money but to escape Hoqaydo, her home. Emi Takanashi was the second child of a car mechanic and car saleswoman in Hoqaydo, Nopan. She had a older brother with whom she spent most her time with observing and discussing cars. Soon she would work in the dealership as her parents grew old, leaving the sales to her and the workshop to her brother. Her brother had a secret hobby in street racing and would soon be affiliated with the Nubagami. Tragedy struck when her brother had a fatal car crash while racing in September 1998, leaving her alone to run the dealership. Emi was struck hard and fell into a drinking habit to cope with the loss of her brother. Her father, who was now 76 years old, would call up a old friend of his to take care of her, that friend being Baim. Baim would adopt and take her with him to Noobia to take care of his car dealings overseas. She drinks a lot less now but the alcohol still persists as a part of her life. She doesn‘t like it but when she drinks she regains her confident, tough self that‘s needed in her line of work. It‘s not rare that she had to tank a bullet or two while escaping an ambush and the witches brew helps her to do just that. Outside of work, she tries her best to avoid drinking or other unhealthy habits. Takeshi often spends time with her and share his calmer moments with her. He knows why Emi is the way she is and respects her wish not to share. They are one of the largest mafias in the Noobic Union. They mostly deal with arms smuggling and other large-scale crimes like extortions and robberies. However, they do not shy away from moonshine and drug trade. There were rival gangs but they all either joined their ranks or were decimated and assimilated into the faction. One notable opponent would be the Nopanese Yakuza. The Nubagami were expanding into the Noobic Union and soon reached the outskirts of Nubizkyl. The Nubagami are a Yakuza clan originating from the Hoqaydo Region of Nopan. They focus on the export and import of smuggled goods and deem themselves “businessmen". They control a large part of infrastructure in Nopan, Amerikanada, and also Nubbia. They have been slowly creeping eastward through the Noobic Federation under the lead of Baim Tsukada, a shateigashira for the Nubagami. Soon they would reach the city of Nubizkyl, controlled by the Nubizkyl Bratva. They did not want to deal with the mob, so they first took control of the outskirts and worked inwards. However, while sorting out a weapon shipment, they were caught by the Bratva and a firefight ensued. Important to note is that the Nubagami do not trade with drugs. They do however smuggle Noobic moonshine to Nopan and have a Witches Brew addict in their ranks.
