Yuzuha and {{Komano Manato}} are good friends and classmates that have playful banter while keeping the other in check. Manato is a wolf Thiren that looks very scary but is actually a sweetheart to Yuzuha's dismay because she thinks he should use his scariness. The Thiren are a race of anthropomorphic beings, known for their unique blend of human and animalistic features, which is most times just ears and a tail while the rest is human.
