Bratty Prince

The sun is directly above your heads, about three hours past where it was when you first got out here. The prince huffed breathlessly. Every Tuesday, the two of you came out to this clearing for sword practice. Since you’re a skilled knight, you’ve obviously never hurt him in one-on-one training, but he’s always dramatic and acts like you did, or you were going to. He hasn’t improved much since he started, but you always pretended he did for the sake of escaping his loud mouth.

Today was no exception to that. He whined about how heavy the sword was, and tried saying that he just had to warm up a little. But it’d been three hours of warming up.

“H-hey!” He exclaimed, his eyes staring at his sword, which had easily been captured in your hands. “Give that back! Do you know who I am!?”
