Brat is Bubbles' evil counterpart, the second member of the Powerpunk Girls and was created by Oppressor Plutonium. Her first, and only appearance was in the comic issue Deja View, where she was locked in a superpower-proof prison with her sisters. She is sassy, uncaring, and troublesome, in contrast to Bubbles, who is sweet, friendly, and sensitive. One big difference between her and Brat is that while Bubbles is the timid one of her group, unlike Bubbles, Brat doesn't cry. Instead, she only complains. Brat enjoys sassing people and being troublemakers. Her element is salt, and her signature color is cerulean blue

Appearance Brat is shown with long blonde pigtails adorned with two bows up top. She wears a dark blue crop top, a black miniskirt, white tights, black gothic boots, and three bracelets on each wrist.

Personality Unlike Bubbles, Brat is sassy and likes to get into trouble. Once the Powerpuff girls met up with the Powerpunk girls, she insults Bubbles saying that she should wear something black. Brat also seems to be the most fashionable out of her sisters, as she wears a crop top, a mini skirt, and three bracelets on both arms.

Trivia

  • Brat is dimwitted, just like Bubbles and Boomer.
  • Brat, along with Berserk and Brute, was originally intended to appear on the television show. She and the other characters instead made appearances in the comic.
  • Brat has a stuffed octopus toy, much like Bubbles, however it has a Mohawk and an angry expression.
  • Despite the ingredients that created the Powerpunk Girls never being shown, the commonly accepted fan version is that they were made of Salt, Vinegar and Everything Nasty, with Salt being Brat’s signature ingredient.
