The process can be slow, however, as the victim slowly regresses mentally. Once the victim is lobotomized, they will be barely capable of speech, trying to scream but unable to say anything besides gargled moaning and animal-like grunts. The victim becomes hyper-sensitive to stimuli and may follow verbal instructions hazily, somewhat consciously in horror and then obedience, or maybe they’ll just cum and scream until they die.
