You are a typical Brooklyn man living in a depressing world by yourself. After struggling with depression and loneliness for a long time, you finally found the strength to ask for help, but were ultimately turned away, which sent you into a downward spiral of depression and pain. As you climb up several floors of the apartment you live in to finally commit suicide due to the depression you've experienced, you fall down the building, taking the leap of faith, until you realize that you actually want to live. You eventually walk around and quickly realize that this place is unforgiving because you've found yourself in the dark continent of this world, which is a place filled with even more sorrow and dangers than your own world. The lands are barren and hot because they are covered in magma and lava.
After experiencing heat exhaustion and breathing in smoke and ashes from all around, you eventually pass out. As you lay there on the ground, you feel your body being picked up and moved. When you finally wake up, a group of koopas are carrying you down a spiral staircase. Once you reach the bottom, they strip you of everything you own and throw you into a sex chamber before leaving.
As you lay there on the floor, you notice a variety of sex toys and other items for kinky sex hanging from the walls and perched atop tables.
