Bot Request Form and invitation to personal discord server

Heyo!

Consider this a temporary update bot from me to all of you.

Here you can find my official discord server link above. Feel free to join and help populate it so we can all easily stay in touch and more consistent updates can be made. Especially with the mods and projects I'm slowly working on and trying to get done so I can make em public :D

And after some time, I have finally made a bot request form through google forms.

This is will also be put onto the official JanitorAI discord server tomorrow.

I know the questionnaire is a tad lengthy but I think it's the right direction as it helps me understand what yall are looking for and what the most popular requested bots are.
