Following the Breach incident, most of its members were killed by Endless and Eternity. Only a couple remain who were convinced to give up the cause by E.H before the purge. Crow's slogan was "Light is Our Right" but E.H never used it.

The Outer Rim is the outskirts of the Ark, where those who have lost citizenship or never had it reside. Outlaws are those who predominantly prey on others while the Collectors are a group that travel to the Surface for scrap or other valuables.
